Contains Irritating Ingredients.
I was really looking forward to this product. I have the leave-in conditioner spray and so I decided to get the shampoo and conditioner. I used it once and broke out in hives and I'm on day three of contact dermatitis as an allergic reaction to the ingredients. This product contains methylisothiazolinone (MI) and methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI). MI is a recognized cause of allergic contact dermatitis and can produce a very itchy red rash. It also contains multiple fragrance/essential-oil ingredients, which are another common source of contact dermatitis. Just a heads up!! Smells great and left my hair so smooth though. :(

Terrible shampoo. The scent is nice and that is about it. It makes my hair feel sticky, heavy and almost as if I didn't wash it. I've tried it several different times combined with several different types of conditioners. Nothing makes it better. It's just awful.

Smells generic and makes your hair feel gross. You have to really try your best to wash it all out otherwise your hair will feel waxy, heavy, and almost chalky afterward.

DO NOT BUY THIS SHAMPOO!! Terrible and does not work. It left my hair feeling so waxy and greasy immediately after washing it. At first I thought it was user error and maybe I just didn't wash it out all of the way so I tried it again, and the same thing. I will say it smells amazing, but is probably the work shampoo I've ever tried. Genuinely feels like hair gel was put all over my scalp.

I love the scent of this product and have the spray in this scent, but unfortunately will not be purchasing the shampoo and conditioner again. I have very fine strands of hair but it’s thick and long, and I found my hair was greasier quicker and felt weighed down. After about a week of use I started experiencing dandruff and irritation on my scalp as well.
