A: It's not, in fact many of the bad reviews aren't even verified and they (as well as the previous answer to this question, that I have reported) are examples of extreme ratings manipulation.

I received the Blake Brown Fundamental Nourishing Shampoo for free from Pinchme in exchange for my honest review. I am super impressed with this entire line because Blake really knows what she's doing when it comes to this hair line! This nourishing shampoo hydrates and nourishes while taming my frizz and enhances shine all while keeping my hair light and bouncy which I've found has been impossible to achieve all of that at once before this amazing shampoo was developed! It cleanses my hair without stripping it feeling clean, replenished and healthy. It lathers so nicely so you don't need much because a little goes a long way. After 3 weeks of consistent use my hair is left feeling smoother, softer with a salon quality scent!

I recieved a sample of the shampoo and mask. The shampoo lathers up very nicely, my hair felt very clean and soft, Both have a very nice scent. Only downside would be that I wish it added more moisture to my hair, because my hair is naturally very dry.

I received a free product from PINCHme in exchange for my review. The bottle design is by far the best part; it's so cute, and I will continue using it long after the shampoo is gone! In the beginning, I wasn't very fond of how this product made my hair feel, but after several washes with it, I can't see myself going back to anything else. It's super soft and makes my hair smell AMAZING!! The only thing I wish was different is that it provided more volume and bounce.

I received a free sample of Blake Brown Fundamental Nourishing Shampoo and Mask for review. I found them to have a fabulous smell (my kiddo wasn't as impressed). I feel like it definitely requires you to do a double wash but I leaves your hair clean. The conditioner also requires a large amount and a few weeks of commitment. Depending on the cost I would consider using this longer.

So Nourishing & Smells Amazing
I really enjoyed trying the Blake Brown Fundamental Nourishing Shampoo and Mask. The shampoo has a nice lather without feeling heavy, and it left my hair feeling clean but not stripped. The mask was definitely the standout for me — super creamy, easy to spread, and it made my hair feel soft and hydrated right away. After rinsing everything out, my hair felt smoother, looked shinier, and was way easier to detangle. The scent is light and really pleasant too, not overpowering at all. Overall, both products left my hair feeling healthier and more manageable. I'd definitely use them again!

Nothing special
This shampoo is really nothing special. The scent is overpowering in a really bad way and it leaves my hair pretty dry. There is nothing nourishing about this. I thought that the inclusion of various hydrolyzed proteins would be good for my hair, but they don't do anything for my hair. I feel like it's just show to make it seem "natural". I do not recommend.

Makes my hair shiny!
I feel as though this shampoo works great for my thin and dull hair. It made it more shiny and smooth. It did not dry it out at all, and it looks healthier. I like to use this each time I wash my hair and the mask every other time. Overall I think it has helped my hair to look better. The smell is not bad, but also not something I just love.

Shiny and sleek!
This shampoo honestly surprised me, in the best way! I was unsure of what to expect, but this product truly performed like a high end, salon shampoo! It penetrated deeply into my scalp, ensuring it got as clean as could be- along with being gentle on my hair and not drying it out. It smells amazing and suds quickly! I love this and have already purchased a backup for when it runs out.

Excellent product but just not for me
I got a chance to try out the shampoo and mask as free samples, and I have to say, I really love how they smell! They do a pretty good job on my hair, but it still felt a little dry after I finished, and I definitely think hydration is key. I might not have left the mask on long enough to get the full benefits. Overall, I think it's a good product, but I probably wouldn't reach for it as my go-to just yet.
