A: It's not, in fact many of the bad reviews aren't even verified and they (as well as the previous answer to this question, that I have reported) are examples of extreme ratings manipulation.

I tried this shampoo for the first time in summer 2024. While I absolutely loved the design in theory, I immediately found it too bulky and cheap when I purchased it. It's not easy to open the cap with wet hands and it's difficult to get the product out of the bottle. I loved the smell although it's a bit strong for my liking. Unfortunately my scalp began itching after 2 uses, I couldn't stop scratching it. So I had to return the product because it seems to have an ingredient I am allergic to. 2 stars. For her behavior in her lawsuit, zero stars. Don't recommend

Incredible scent not too effective
I have been using this product since it launched and one thing I would like to say is it has an incredibly amazing fresh scent and that’s what I love about it. Although, I did kind of have a mishap with my hair journey and thought I could go blonde in one night. Big no no haha. Anyways, my hair wasn’t too bad, not straw like or completely damaged but I expected this to give me more moisture. It didn’t, it just made my hair become more greasy within a shorter amount of time so it was safe to say, dry shampoo was my best friend at the time. My hair had these weird split ends where only a cm of it would break off and it was extremely frustrating. I also paired it with its little hair mask buddy and it still wasn’t working for me. I’ve switched to something that works on my hair and my hair has been super healthy feeling. This shampoo does give you an amazing shine though (the first day!)

I loved the smell of the shampoo and the packaging also. A little amount goes well so it will definitely last longer than other shampoos. For my hair type l found it that it was kind of making my hair frizzy a little bit. Mask will help woth that though

I have tried black an browns shampoo an hair mask for over a week now. I got a free sample and I'm so happy I did. This product help so much for my frizzy hair it tamed it down. Made my hair shine an looks so healthier now. I will absolutely continue to use this product. You will not be disappointed when buying this shampoo or mask!

This shampoo was just okay for me. I didn't notice any difference in my hair using it. I liked the scent, but it doesn't stay long in your hair either. There's enough other options on the market that I'd probably skip this.

I found my new shampoo and hair mask!
I started using the shampoo and mask samples I received and IMMEDIATELY noticed a change in my hair. My hair is long, thinning, and tangles easily. After using these, I noticed immediately that the tangles were gone. It feels softer and fuller and smells great. I would highly recommend to everyone!!!
