A: It's not, in fact many of the bad reviews aren't even verified and they (as well as the previous answer to this question, that I have reported) are examples of extreme ratings manipulation.

So Nourishing & Smells Amazing
I really enjoyed trying the Blake Brown Fundamental Nourishing Shampoo and Mask. The shampoo has a nice lather without feeling heavy, and it left my hair feeling clean but not stripped. The mask was definitely the standout for me — super creamy, easy to spread, and it made my hair feel soft and hydrated right away. After rinsing everything out, my hair felt smoother, looked shinier, and was way easier to detangle. The scent is light and really pleasant too, not overpowering at all. Overall, both products left my hair feeling healthier and more manageable. I'd definitely use them again!

Nothing special
This shampoo is really nothing special. The scent is overpowering in a really bad way and it leaves my hair pretty dry. There is nothing nourishing about this. I thought that the inclusion of various hydrolyzed proteins would be good for my hair, but they don't do anything for my hair. I feel like it's just show to make it seem "natural". I do not recommend.

Makes my hair shiny!
I feel as though this shampoo works great for my thin and dull hair. It made it more shiny and smooth. It did not dry it out at all, and it looks healthier. I like to use this each time I wash my hair and the mask every other time. Overall I think it has helped my hair to look better. The smell is not bad, but also not something I just love.

Shiny and sleek!
This shampoo honestly surprised me, in the best way! I was unsure of what to expect, but this product truly performed like a high end, salon shampoo! It penetrated deeply into my scalp, ensuring it got as clean as could be- along with being gentle on my hair and not drying it out. It smells amazing and suds quickly! I love this and have already purchased a backup for when it runs out.

Excellent product but just not for me
I got a chance to try out the shampoo and mask as free samples, and I have to say, I really love how they smell! They do a pretty good job on my hair, but it still felt a little dry after I finished, and I definitely think hydration is key. I might not have left the mask on long enough to get the full benefits. Overall, I think it's a good product, but I probably wouldn't reach for it as my go-to just yet.

I received this shampoo as a free full size product to try from PINCHme. I absolutely love how it smells and makes my hair and scalp feel . My hair is so shiny and smooth since I started using this product . I color my hair and this product also makes my hair so soft . I highly recommend it. The packing is beautiful done and unique. Do yourself a favor and give it a try you will not regret it!

I received these products for free. I loved the smell of these products. I could still smell them in my hair the next morning. I did have to use the shampoo twice per wash because I have really long hair, and the shampoo didn't wash everything on the first round. Otherwise, these are great products!

my hair doesn't get oily as quick. and i have really long and thick hair. also i struggle with dandruff but this shampoo doesn't give me any of it. it smell so so awesome too. i do follow with the mask!

I love the scent of the Blake Brown Wild Nectar Santal Fundamental Nourishing Shampoo. I don't think I have ever had a shampoo scent that has lasted as long as this has. I'm in love with it! I love the packaging. It's cute, and easy to use. I don't have any complaints about the shampoo. It cleans my hair very well, and I smell good all day! I have wavy/curly hair, so I don't shampoo daily, and haven't had any problems. I would recommend this shampoo for people with the same hair type as myself. *I received this product free in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. I will be purchasing the shampoo myself.

I received this product as a free sample from pinchme. I was very excited to try this product because I am a fan of Blake's. First off, this shampoo smells amazing!! When paired with the hair mask the scent does seem to stay on your hair for a while which is very nice. I do feel that as far as performance goes it was a very basic shampoo. It didn't seem to make my hair much softer or anything like that. But because of how good it smells and how cool the packaging is, I would definitely consider purchasing this in the future. I would also like to try some of her other products
