I am genuinely so confused about all of the negative reviews. I have an extremely sensitive scalp that gets quite oily really fast, and my hair is super dark. I am not exaggerating when I say that every other dry shampoo I’ve tried (and I’ve tried MANY) leave a thick, white residue that is very difficult to brush out, and causes my hair to fall out. This is the only dry shampoo I’ve ever used that absorbs oil without over-drying my scalp, without leaving a white residue, making my hair feel dusty, or causing my hair to fall out. This is the cleanest my hair has ever felt between washes. It adds the perfect amount of texture and volume. My hair isn’t stiff, but has just enough “grip” to be easy to style. The scent is really lovely too. If you’re sensitive and oily, I cannot recommend this product enough! After I apply the dry shampoo, I let it sit for maybe a minute and then just kind of brush/massage it with my fingers and it works perfectly every time. I’m dying to try the rest of the hair care line next.

I truly wanted this product to work, i had read in other reviews that it smells amazing and lasts (it does smell great) but i love a strong scent in a product.. unfortunately that is the only good thing i can say - im not prone to dandruff and this product had little white flakes falling out of my hair for days, it made my hair gritty (in a bad way) and crunchy and overall Im disappointed i spent $20 on this product because I truly wanted to give this line the benefit of the doubt.

I am not a dry shampoo girlie, but this changed my mind! Somehow it leaves no residue, even in my very dark (and purple) hair. I love it as a dry shampoo but honestly I use it as a hairspray or texturizer! My hair is somewhere between straight and wavy and this emphasizes my natural texture without being crispy (and my hair is bleached and dyed every couple months so that's saying something) Not to mention the scent OMG I get stopped constantly to be asked what I'm wearing!

This smells amazing! All of these reviews complaining about how this product doesn’t work on greasy hair are likely using it incorrectly. Think of dry shampoo like deodorant: do you wait until you stink to apply deodorant? Hopefully no. Dry shampoo is the same - use it as a preventative, before your hair gets dirty, and it’ll work great. Wash, dry, style, short blast of dry shampoo all over your roots and then shake it out with fingers and you’re all set!

It made my hair more oily and greasy which is not why I use dry shampoo. Also the scent was too strong, like perfume. Also was like almost $20 which seemed like a lot for a product that doesn’t do what it should. I would definitely not buy again.

I’m so disappointed in this stuff. I really like the mousse, both shampoo and mask systems, and the leave in conditioner from this line. The texture of this dry shampoo is beautiful; definitely for refreshing and preventing greasy hair, not for absorbing any oils. But the smell is so unbelievably weird… Starts off sweet then has a weird sour smell immediately after. I can’t smell it once it’s dried so I kept it but I won’t repurchase it once the bottle is gone.

I’m confused about the negative reviews of this product. It smells amazing and keeps your hair refreshed and full of volume. I use a small amount as a volumizing spray on my hair whether it’s freshly cleaned or even day 3 post-wash and it works great. Maybe other people try to use it on super oily hair and it’s less effective….? I don’t let my hair get greasy enough to need this dry shampoo to create an optical illusion of clean hair. For me, it works great every time. No complaints.
