A: That's correct! Before shampooing, we recommend wetting hair and applying the mask liberally in sections, from roots to ends. Leave the mask on, out of the shower, for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in the shower and follow up with shampoo & mask as usual with our Nourishing or Strengthening system. If you have naturally oily or fine hair, you may want to shampoo twice. IYKYK- I let this sit in my hair while I have my coffee on Friday mornings or while I watch an episode of reality tv on Thursday evening. I have dry/frizzy thinner hair and it makes my hair notably smoother after blow drying for the weekend. Love to fresh it up with the dry shampoo the following days.

I keep hearing people complain about the pre-shampoo mask being time-consuming, but honestly, it’s not that hard. I just mist my hair with a spray bottle to wet it, apply the mask, and let it sit for 30 minutes while I do other things. Then, I hop in the shower, shampoo it out, and follow up with the other mask. No need for two showers! This mask is seriously amazing. I use it once a week, and Mask Day has become my favorite hair day. My hair feels so nourished and soft after—totally worth the little bit of prep!

I absolutely love this moisturizing pre shampoo mask and so does my thick and dry hair. It smells amazing and leaves my hair noticeably softer. Honestly I was doubly at first but since my hair has loved the other products in the Blake Brown line I thought I would give it a try and I was not disappointed. This line was made for me. All the fragrances are amazing and nourishing for my long, thick, wavy and dry hair. Highly recommend. I have asked before but would love a more potent leave in treatment for dry hair.

This mask is a new favorite! The scent is just as amazing as the shampoo and conditioner—so luxurious. The consistency is super thick and rich, which I love. It said to keep it on for 30 minutes, but with my routine, I ended up applying it in the morning and left it on until late afternoon, and my hair felt so much more hydrated afterward. As someone with very thick, long, wavy hair, it's tough to find products that actually make a difference—but this one delivered. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone with dry or textured hair. In fact, I already recommended it to a friend yesterday!

I recently went blonde with just bleaching my hair at home. It turned out super cute. I have been using all her products and my hair is super healthy even with all the bleach! I have always had straight hair, but after the bleach and using this for the first time I have curly hair. I think it's a result of the bleach thinning my hair and my hair being able to hold the curls but this product totally help me retain my TRUE, NATURAL, hair. Get it!!! My hair has been soft and healthy for days after dying this. I also really recommend the moose. It's AMAZING. I always get compliments on the smell of my hair. Some times I just spray some products on my clothes too lol, as a perfume.

the pre shampoo mask is my fav, so far, from Blake brown. I actually use it at night, put on my bonnet, head to bed, then shower it off in the morning. The ends of my hair look SO much more hydrated. And obvi it smells delicious
