A: That's correct! Before shampooing, we recommend wetting hair and applying the mask liberally in sections, from roots to ends. Leave the mask on, out of the shower, for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in the shower and follow up with shampoo & mask as usual with our Nourishing or Strengthening system. If you have naturally oily or fine hair, you may want to shampoo twice. The smell of this was incredible. I don’t use this for every wash, I definitely think it’s only needed maybe once every 1-2 weeks, but I feel this helps my hair feel more hydrated and soft after completing my normal routine. My hair feels healthy and isn’t frizzy and brittle.

Not worth it, does nothing
Fragrance is too light, barely there. Made zero difference in my hair, didn’t add moisture and was not easy to comb out. Didn’t detangle at all. Felt kind of drying after styling.

I would buy this product again and again
I have been using this product since it first came out. My hair has never looked better. There is no more damage, and my hair looks healthy. I style my hair every day, so this is a lifesaver for my hair.

Wow!
Love the smell. I put on my hair as directed for 30 minutes before washing under a shower bonnet. I applied heat with my blow dryer and in 30 minutes I had luxuriously moisturize feeling hair. I washed with the shampoo and then conditioned again and use the miracle leave in potion and my hair has never felt or looked better. I have very frizzy, damaged, bleached, thin fragile hair. I have tried everything and I mean everything from the most expensive shampoos to drugstore recommended shampoos and conditioners by Abby Yung and nothing has made my hair feel this good fresh from washing. I hope you keep this line. I will definitely re-purchase.

I love this. Smells so good, does exactly what it says. This has become a must in my wash routine. The only thing is you have to wet your hair prior to application & let it sit for 30 minutes. It doesn’t deter me enough to drop it from 5 stars because my hair looks so nice after. Lol

Terrible!
So I bought this today, and just gave it a try. My bright white hair is now a dishwater color, and it feels like straw. I typically use Davines and Kevin Murphy, but I wanted a mask and was in a pinch. I just spent 275.00 at the salon, and now it looks like I spent some time in a dirty sink. I will be contacting the company tomorrow.

The best way to apply is to WET hair, prior to your wash day routine. It needs to be left in for at least 30 minutes to have the desired effects, BUT you can always leave it in longer if that's what you feel your hair needs. Shampoo and Mask as normal after the time is up. I started with the potion liked the scent then purchased the line and my hair falls out, o have so much breakage I’m crying. I hardly ever hear style and don’t bleach my hair but my hair breaks off literally cracks off so I tried this and it burns and itches then my hair per another user review feels like grease dump day at McDonald’s on top and straw at the mid and ends!! I want to cry..

RUINED AND DRIED OUT MY HAIR!!
I could not leave an updated review on the other products in the line since I had previously reviewed them. I used this entire line from last August when it came out, for approximately 6 months. First thought it was awesome, until my hair gradually became dry, frizzy, brittle and did not even feel like hair! I alternated each shampoo, then tried only the nourishing line...still had same horrible fried hair eventually and now hair is breaking off so bad no amount of deep treatments, oils, bonding products help. I am devastated my once thick curly hair is now a tumbleweed and getting thinner and thinner. There is NO WAY Blake is using this line and I am not a hater, was a fan of hers until she ruined my hair. The pre-shampoo is time consuming and the hair potion lotion is a waste of money, too light to moisturize and the pump dispenser is useless. I had to use a ton to make my hair even look halfway decent in the beginning. It all smelled good... but that is all this line has going for it!!!!

Love this!
I tried this today for the first time and I love it. It made my hair soft and smooth. I have very thin hair and it didn't weigh it down at all. I feel like I have more volume after using it. Only downside is when you open the cap, there is no tab to open so it comes out automatically without even squeezing it. I'd recommend putting one of those pull tabs on it so that doesn't happen. But for my hair, I love it. I got this for free with my order for the BB anniversary sale. Would recommend.

This is an amazing help to the ends of my hair!
I have tried the entire drying, flat ironing. I've air dried and my curls get frizzy. But this leave in treatment is a game changer! Now if I let it dry in special towels it's totally different. I also use the entire line of Blake Brown items. And I comb my hair out in the shower prior to rinsing. Then wrapping it with special towels. And now, no more frizzy, breakage, split ends— it's completely different! Despite being 52 and wild crazy hair for my entire life!
