A: That's correct! Before shampooing, we recommend wetting hair and applying the mask liberally in sections, from roots to ends. Leave the mask on, out of the shower, for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in the shower and follow up with shampoo & mask as usual with our Nourishing or Strengthening system. If you have naturally oily or fine hair, you may want to shampoo twice. You can use it once a week or whenever you feel your hair needs a pick me up!

RUINED AND DRIED OUT MY HAIR!!
I could not leave an updated review on the other products in the line since I had previously reviewed them. I used this entire line from last August when it came out, for approximately 6 months. First thought it was awesome, until my hair gradually became dry, frizzy, brittle and did not even feel like hair! I alternated each shampoo, then tried only the nourishing line...still had same horrible fried hair eventually and now hair is breaking off so bad no amount of deep treatments, oils, bonding products help. I am devastated my once thick curly hair is now a tumbleweed and getting thinner and thinner. There is NO WAY Blake is using this line and I am not a hater, was a fan of hers until she ruined my hair. The pre-shampoo is time consuming and the hair potion lotion is a waste of money, too light to moisturize and the pump dispenser is useless. I had to use a ton to make my hair even look halfway decent in the beginning. It all smelled good... but that is all this line has going for it!!!!

I tried this today for the first time and I love it. It made my hair soft and smooth. I have very thin hair and it didn't weigh it down at all. I feel like I have more volume after using it. Only downside is when you open the cap, there is no tab to open so it comes out automatically without even squeezing it. I'd recommend putting one of those pull tabs on it so that doesn't happen. But for my hair, I love it. I got this for free with my order for the BB anniversary sale. Would recommend.

This is an amazing help to the ends of my hair!
I have tried the entire drying, flat ironing. I've air dried and my curls get frizzy. But this leave in treatment is a game changer! Now if I let it dry in special towels it's totally different. I also use the entire line of Blake Brown items. And I comb my hair out in the shower prior to rinsing. Then wrapping it with special towels. And now, no more frizzy, breakage, split ends— it's completely different! Despite being 52 and wild crazy hair for my entire life!

IYKYK- I let this sit in my hair while I have my coffee on Friday mornings or while I watch an episode of reality tv on Thursday evening. I have dry/frizzy thinner hair and it makes my hair notably smoother after blow drying for the weekend. Love to fresh it up with the dry shampoo the following days.

I keep hearing people complain about the pre-shampoo mask being time-consuming, but honestly, it’s not that hard. I just mist my hair with a spray bottle to wet it, apply the mask, and let it sit for 30 minutes while I do other things. Then, I hop in the shower, shampoo it out, and follow up with the other mask. No need for two showers! This mask is seriously amazing. I use it once a week, and Mask Day has become my favorite hair day. My hair feels so nourished and soft after—totally worth the little bit of prep!
