We recommend using a shampoo with a bit lower of a moisture load. Swap this one out for our Smoothing Shampoo or our Volumizing Shampoo. Target does offer exchange of beauty products up to 90 days after purchase.

This stuff is good if you want dry shampoo to be your BFF
I used this product consistently for nearly three months. At first, I was very impressed, but over time it began causing excessive oil buildup on my scalp—something I’ve never experienced before. The result left my hair looking greasy and unwashed, despite regular care. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one. Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me, and I’ll be returning to my previous brand.

I have significantly heat/chemically damaged hair. This shampoo did an excellent job of leaving my hair clean and soft. Prior to conditioning, I was able to easily run my hand through my wet hair which isn't typically the case.
