I used the original formula for years and it truly was the only lotion that helped my severe eczema. Very sadly the formula was changed and I now am severely allergic to it due to the shea butter. Please please hear our feedback and return to the original formula and many customers will be so grateful!

I will start off by saying I’m glad I had benadryl in my house. I hate that I even brought this lotion, my parents are forever telling me to stop trying all this new stuff and I never listen. I broke out in such horrible hives, my skin is super sensitive and can be dry at times, I figured it’s fragrance free, why not, let’s give it a shot. I will never buy this again.

I have sensitive skin so I decided to purchase the fragrance free one. Shortly after I applied it on my skin (like 10 minutes after) I started to feel dizzy, and as If I was not getting enough oxygen like I was about to pass out. I started getting itchy all over my skin and I got HUGE hives. I had NEVER had allergic reaction to a lotion before. I don’t know which of the many terrible ingredients from this cream caused me to almost go into an anaphylactic shock. Fortunately I was with my sister at the time and I was able to get my epipen. Another family member had bought this same cream a few days ago and decided to use it for the first time today morning and guess what? They had THE EXACT SAME REACTION to this product, not as bad as I did but the exact same thing. This is the first time I decide to leave a review like this for a product because of how scary the experience was. So just be VERY CAREFUL if you’re thinking about buying this.

I bought this because it was a good price and I had liked their Sensitive Skin Relief formula. This one is weird textured- thin and runny and leaves an uncomfortable residue. It makes me feel sweaty. It's medium moisturizing, not heavy but my skin isn't dry after a few hours like some thin lotions. It's a shame it's so awful, I feel like I wasted a lot of product. But I would definitely recommend against this lotion.

My son has eczema for 4 years and nothing works until I found this. Normally we use the baby Vaseline but some how it’s getting on his skin so I switch to this and it works incredibly great since the first use. Finally my son and I be able to sleep through the night without waking up and scratching all the time. I love to finishing after applying the cream that very light and fast dry. I’ve been trying a lot of products that claim about eczema and nothing really works like this one.

I love this product as it is fragrance free. I recently discovered it does have parabens though. My greatest complaint about this product is the bottle. The way it is shaped, so much product is unusable because it won't come out. You can't even tip it upside down to drain it into another bottle because the square top holds the lotion in. It's way too expensive to not be able to use it all. I'll be searching for another brand.

This was my go to lotion for dry skin. They changed the formula and it is runny, and does not work in healing dry skin the way it had before. I will not be purchasing it again. I do not understand why you would change a good product, other than the new formula must be cheaper to produce. It is definitely NOT effective.

Calling this advanced repair is hilarious, it's absolutely horrible compared to any regular handcream including the cheap free stuff at my gym. Thicker than water but not by much. I think the pros at Vaseline Inc. said "hey let's take quality hand cream, dilute it by 75% with water, and sell it to a bunch of dupes." I will never buy another Vaseline product.
