I have used this sauce for so many desserts. When you are short on time or unsure what to do this is your best friend. Grab a good quality vanilla ice cream. Let it soften slightly. Cover sheet pan in foil. Take scoops of ice cream equal in size and freeze. If you use a muffin scoop you can big & small scoops. Freeze them. You can make an ice cream bar or take a clear bowl place the variety of scoops in the bowl and drizzle the dark chocolate and the Carmel sauce top with whip cream and shaved almonds. It’s as easy as that! I give them as hostess gifts as well. Yum
