Disappointed. It came damaged. I returned it after having made a call to I'm letting them know that items are packed with very little packing I receive a lot of things broken a lot of times it's over the way that they shift things nowadays. But they denied my return even after I called to tell them I was returning it because it was already damaged. So I guess they got the $90 and I have nothing. Really disappointed because I've been a long time customer.

My 1st order had some scuffs on the bottom and slight bent around the cooler so I returned it. My 2nd replacement cooler came in the mail and it was disappointing because it was worse than my first one. It also had someone’s ripped tag receipt in the front pocket which I assume this was a customer return. Called customer service to place another order for the same cooler since the closest target was out of stock for the same cooler. Representative was very helpful and even made price adjustment which I am grateful for. Hopefully the 3rd cooler is it when it ships in the mail. Otherwise I’m over it!!

Disappointed
I was really excited for this cooler, but using it for the first time this week, and the ice melted within 4 hours and the bottom of the cooler was soaking wet. Definitely disappointed I spent this much on a cooler that doesn't hold the water inside or keep the ice frozen.

We bought this because we really like Hydro Flask bottles. If you use ice blocks, it works better if you use reusable ice blocks in it, regular ice doesn’t last for more than a few hours.
