Cute but I wish I knew there was no stretch to them. On the label it states 100% cotton non-stretch. That it softens over time for a more personalized fit. So you'll definitely want to size up at least two sizes to feel comfortable in them

Okay, folks, these are not that off in terms of sizing. Back in the 90s and then 00's, jeans did not have any elastic in them, had no give. BUT once you broke I'm the denim, the jeans would fit gloriously. Breaking in denim tales several wears and washes to get the fabric to relax a bit. I ended up sizing up 2 sizes based on the reviews and that wasn't necessary. If you want the shorts to fit snug and show off your assets, wear your regular size, but remember you'll need to break these in. I'm going to take these back and get an 8, I'm usually a 6 and I prefer a looser fit.

My first time buying Jean shorts after having 6 kids. This one hides my pouch well. Very comfortable.

I love these shorts but I will say that they ride up after sitting down for any period of time.

So small! Size up 2 and then they’re great. Structed and hold you in, but I’m normally a 12 and had to get a 16…

For the price these are worth it! True to size and cute on.

I liked the way these fit when I bought them. I had to size up though so beware they run small! However, what really lost stars for me was the fact that these shrunk a ton when I washed cold and dried on low. The worst part was that the fabric covering the hidden button fly got distorted and shrunk so no longer covers the button. Disappointing as I only got a couple wears out of them and now they look terrible because they are super short and the button fly shows.

Way too small by 2 or 3 sizes! I thought I gained a lot of weight but realized I actually lost 2 pounds. I sized ups from 12 to a 14 and couldn't squeeze into this.

Cute in style but the size is off. You must go a size bigger. They hurt when you wear them.

I have an athletic build, wear size 2, and high waisted often does not look good on me. I sized up to 6 in these, so they fit well in waist, but are roomy and sort of slouchy in hips. Love these.

Returned run very small. They are tight with no stretch. Not comfortable at all.

These are cute...for a teen, early 20's-30's. I did not read the description of the "mini" jean shorts. Ha! I missed that very important detail. Not for me but for someone younger, for sure. For reference, I am 5'6", 130#, 29"waist, 39.5"hips and these fit as they should.
