I can’t put my finger on what this tastes like, but I can tell you what it DOESN’T taste like - Strawberry Shortcake! Not only is the taste completely off, but the consistency is also super off putting.

The packaging clearly shows how the actual products looks, and not deceiving!! I ate this protein bar when I was running around all day, and needed something to hold me over! After eating this bar my hunger was gone immediately, and gave me that needed boost to get through the day!! The one thing I disliked about this product, was that it was too good! Highly recommend!!!

The flavor wasn’t my favorite but it was still good. I liked the chunks of “chocolate” in it and that is has 20+g of protein in the bar. Overall I’d give it a 6/10z

These little bricks of protein wizardry are actually... good? Like, *weirdly* good. I took one bite and didn’t immediately cry or regret my life choices. Progress! The texture is like a chewy cookie that went to the gym and got jacked. The flavor? I tried the Cookie Dough one and had to double-check the label to make sure I wasn’t accidentally eating dessert. (Spoiler: I wasn't. Still 20g of protein. No shame.) Also, I didn’t bloat up like a beach ball afterward, so that's a win. My only complaint? I now feel like I have to hide them from my kids like they’re candy. Because they think they *are* candy. Jokes on them—this is adult candy with macros. Would eat again. Will hoard like a squirrel in winter.

I have never tried this brand before. The bars were good size and after eating it, it did fill me up for a while, which was great. The cons, the bar was very sweet, super super sweet. The flavor was good however it did leave me with an aftertaste. It almost had one of those artificial flavoring tastes to it. I liked the bar for the protein content and how full it made me however, the sweetness and the artificial taste turned me off.

I thought this bar was an okay option if you are looking for a quick 20 grams of protein and love a sweet treat but it’s definitely not my personal favorite. Overall the texture is pretty chalky and the flavor is mainly just very sweet BUT the aftertaste you can really taste strawberry shortcake and because of that I think that it isn’t bad but I probably would never buy this. If you do love quest protein bars and strawberry shortcake you may really like this though

Love the strawberry flavor of these. Definitely a bit on the sweet side but goes great with my morning coffee or as a sweet snack. Now if Quest would just bring back the Strawberry Protein Powder...my favorite, and I haven't been able to find another as good.

The bar is pretty firm, and the strawberry yogurt coating is a nice sweet addition. I did notice to be more energized for the gym after eating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this bar quite a bit. My favorite Quest bar has always been the blueberry muffin, but this comes close to that one and is really very good. It is supposed to be eaten right out of the wrapper, but I like to take it out of the packaging, wrap it loosely in a paper towel, and microwave it for about 6 seconds before eating. It warms it and makes it less chewy which I enjoy. The taste was good, and it was very filling. The only thing I wasn’t quite sure about was the fact that it wasn’t the same consistency throughout. There are tiny bits of jelly-like consistency. I didn’t know it was coming and it through me off a bit, but was not unpleasant. I think I’ll buy more of these. Great for an afternoon pick-me-up.

I feel though that the sweet taste will become too overpowering or overwhelming after eating the whole bar, especially for me that my sweet tooth is dying down. But other than that it’s a great tasting bar and has 20g of protein. The texture is good not too chewy but not hard at all. I’m glad I was able to try this brand and flavor!

It’s sweet and chewy and has some sort of soft filling. I really like the pink squiggle drizzle on the top of the bar. It is a very aesthetically pleasing. So far this is definitely my favorite quest bar!
