The texture was kind of powdery if that makes sense. I do like that it’s individually packaged and able to be thrown into your bag for convenience.

I don’t know if I would take them in my backpack on a strenuous hike where I would need protein, but for a snack during the workday, this is what I would grab. It kept its shape great during shipping, and dint melt in my hands when holding it. A perfect protein 2 bite treat without all the added sugar of the other options for something this sweet!
