Dickies Essential Backpack

Love the quality. Purchased one 3 years ago for my kindergartener and my son still wears it to school now in 2nd grade. I bought this one for my other son entering kindergarten.

Perfect! Teenaged grandson loves it!!

I was inititally disappointed in my bag because it felt a little cheap out of the box, but having broken it in a little bit, I have grown to love it. I wish it had more storage, and it is not as sturdy as my old Dickies bag, but it is solid and I have found it to be comfortable and reliable.

Bought this to replace my (discontinued) Commuter Backpack and was disappointed in the quality and the build. The material feels wispy and thin, it sits awkwardly on my back, and it looks a little cheap. I guess it fulfills what it promises, but it doesn't have much utility beyond that

I bought this book bag for school. It has the basics you would need. I personally think it’s just the right size I would say an average school bag size. The quality seems to be sturdy and has quality. I believe this was a very good purchase.

Doesn’t have any more pockets within the small compartment, but it does the job at a good price

Solid construction, durable material. Big enough for high-school notebooks and computer.

if i could give this zero stars i would,i have used the same jansport backpack since middle school all throughout highschool and its was completely fine but the zipper started to unzip on its own anyways that was five years of continuous use i recently got this dickies backpack and its already falling apart, i noticed the top the backpack on the inside is lined with coating that falls off first then you’re left with see through fabric that will eventually rip because of wear and tear i carry various items in my backpack and i guess the weight is too much not only that but i notice the straps on the back are also sewed weakly as it’s pulling away and i’m afraid i’m going to get another hole

Such a nice backpack. I like the unique logo. Everyone has a Jansport or something fancy. This is a brand not many use.

Very nice quality. I love how simple and sleek it looks. It holds all of my school supplies. It’s also more comfortable than other backpacks.

Unfortunately this backpack fell apart within the year of having it. The seams at the top front gave out and ripped away making a large whole not able to be sewed. The bottom gave out and has many little wholes.

Good bag! Comfortable to wear, good size, and nice design. Missed out on the 5 stars because for the price I would expect some of the details to be higher quality (e.g. better zippers - currently they are plastic). Good overall.

good backpack over all ,, efficient shipping and great size for everyday use.

I had a jansport forever and wanted something a little smaller since I take notes on my laptop and have fewer books to carry (senior in college). The red is red and very pretty. Side compartment for my water bottle fits snug and tight so it won’t fall out. Front compartment for my laptop charger, wallet and a few minor things. The only downside is the straps on the backpack are thin and sometimes dig into my shoulders.

Very nice backpack The main bag is very spacious. And it has a laptop pocket and for the mini front bag also spacious, but it does not have any extra pockets in there. The water bottle carrier is pretty okay It doesn’t really stretch that much pretty good for a lightweight backpack.
