The smell isn't one to be desired but he said mixed in with food or a flavored drink it is muted. He hasn't noticed a difference yet but this can also take time to make a noticeable difference. For now, he will continue to try it out and if nothing else gets the benefits of the extra nutrients.

It blends super easily into anything—coffee, smoothies, even just water—and there’s zero taste, which is huge for me. After about 2 weeks, I noticed my nails were stronger and my hair wasn’t breaking as much. My joints also feel less stiff in the mornings, which I didn’t expect but definitely welcome. This Ancient Nutrition multi collagen protein has a pleasing vanilla taste and is perfect in morning coffee. It mixes well and isn't clumpy. You can adjust your amount with either 1 or 2 scoops. My skin and hair is noticeably softer. I love that this Collagen Protein is a grass-fed pasture raised product. I will definitely be purchasing more of this product and checking out other products from Ancient Nutrition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been adding this to my coffee in the morning. It has egg, chicken broth, and fish ingredients. Theres not taste to it blended right with the coffee. When you let the drink sit, it does settle to the bottom even with mixing it well. It did this weird thing where it would pull towards the powder in the container like magnets as you can see pictured. Overall I didn’t see a significant difference but it could be because I havent drank it that long.

I add the supplement in my 8 ounces of water . It taste good. Love it

This has been great for building my body strength back up. I also like what it does for my skin, hair and nails. It is a little expensive, but the product will last for quite some time. You can see I have already purchased the larger size. I personally think I prefer the vanilla, but this time I decided to go for the unflavored- in case I want to switch up what I mix it in. Usually, however, it is a warm coffee. It adds creaminess and you can still add any creamer you like. I see many use it in a smoothie - that’s my next choice. It mixes nicely and isn’t overly “clumpy.” Nice brand!!

My favorite liquid collagen was just discontinued, so I'm very happy to have a powder replacement ready to go! Would likely buy in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant trying a collagen powder. I’ve only tried a different one once before and I did not like it. However this unflavored one from ancient nutrition was pretty nice. It did not have a strong taste to me and I’m pretty picky. I added half a scoop to my apple juice and I could barely taste it. For me the collagen mixed well but my juice was room temperature. I’m sure if it was cold it could be a bit harder to dissolve. I also poured the collagen into the juice lightly and spread it around versus dumping into a single spot. I like to do this just from past experience with other powders. The container is a nice size, not too big and bulky. It measures about 7 inches tall by 3.5 inches wide. When I first opened the container the safety lid had some holes poked into it. At first I was a bit alarmed since it’s a tamper seal, but after looking into it I found this to be normal. The holes depend on the manufacturer. They also were protruding/ raised, so they were made before the seal was on the lid and not after so I know it is safe. Just adding this for anyone else that isn’t familiar with it. There is a bit of product settling as well. It’s about 3 inches from the top. Overall I really like the ancient nutrition multi collagen protein powder. I’m excited to try it in my baking next. This was received as an incentive for my honest opinion.
