BLOOM NUTRITION Colostrum & Collagen Peptides Powder - Unflavored - 4.16oz/25 Servings

Bought this hoping I could add it to my protien coffee. The first time I just mixed in with the protien shake & cold brew and it didnt dissolve into the drink. The second time I used an electric wisk with just a bit of water before adding it to the rest of my coffee but it was still clumpy. The powder just sits at the top of the drink and it is really grainy, definitely not good to drink. Others seem to have had better experiences with smoothies so maybe I'll try that but I am bummed out this didn't work as intended.

I highly recommend this product if you have issues with digestion, bloating, and abdominal discomfort. It has helped me so much!!! I use this every day with my greens and I've seen a huge improvement in my gut health.

I've only noticed a slight difference in using for the past few days but my skin doesn't seem as dry as it normally does, I'm waiting to see how fast my hair grows with this product. I really like it so far though.

I took this daily on an empty stomach for 30 days and saw my nails grow and I swear my stubborn to grow hair got noticeably longer and I sprouted new baby hairs. I initially started taking it for gut health improvement. I read that colostrum can help improve the mucosal barrier in the gut and therefore help, overtime, heal leaky gut, reduce inflammation, and address other gut-related issues. Fix the gut and so much else in the body can improve. I also deal with constipation and chose this product over a competitor brand, Armra, that advertises that it will alleviate bloating and constipation. While I only have experience with Bloom's colostrum, my bloating and constipation issues have not yet improved. I think those internal changes will take some time to see. However, the hair and nail benefits are nice. My nails used to crack, break, and split so easily. The collagen in this colostrum really works. Regarding taste... it reminds me on nonfat dry milk. I don't love it and it will not dissolve just thrown into water. But here's my PRO TIP: shake it up in a blender bottle! This is the only way I found to get rid of those little clumps. You do not want to throw this powder into hot liquids (you kill the benefits) and if you mix it into food you will not allow your stomach and mucosal layer to digest the colostrum and collagen on its own. Take with water on an empty stomach in the morning. I do it 30 minutes away from all other food and the results so far are great. I look forward to keeping up with this product.

I absolutely love this product. It helps me use the bathroom. Plus I have noticed my hair so much fuller. I have only been using it for a little over a month. Can't wait to see what it does after a few months.

I only just got it today so I’m not sure on how it will work in the long run but I made me some with some crystal light. It is very clumpy and I used a frother. I mixed it, waited a few minutes and mixed again. Still has clumps and they stick to the side of cup so even if I shake it to release them, the clumps are stuck. Hope it works atleast.

Very good product, it has a tendency to clump so I use my coffee frother in my cold beverage to thoroughly blend. It does not froth. I’m noticing difference in skin, joints and gut health. I’m in my late 50’s and my hair has thinned the last few years. That is improving slowly too. New hair growth visible at my hairline and my ”menopause skin” looks WAY better too!

I have been taking the superfoods and the colostrum & collagen peptides together daily for almost 2 weeks now. I have already started to notice a difference specifically in my nails. I could not for the life of me keep them at a good length they kept chipping. With this powder my nails are becoming stronger and are actually able to grow. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the powder doesn’t fully dissolve and is a little grainy. It’s not a huge problem and i can’t really tell a difference unless it’s the last sip even then not bad!

People saying it doesn’t mix. If you add it to a water bottle, shake it up let it sit for about ten minutes and shake again it mixes just fine.

I love this product I have been mixing it with my greens but I am going to try the orange cream soon , I have noticed a difference in my skin it is tighter, I have been using bloom for a while and I feel so much better.Bloom girl for life

I really wanted to like this as it’s been promoted by many I follow on instagram but it remained clumpy in my coffee. I couldn’t take it. It’s basically wasted money. It gives me the ick just thinking about how clumpy it stays it’s like large grains of salt size. I don’t recommend this until they improve the formula.

Has also helped with digestion! I use it every single day! It works great to mix it right in with your greens! So easy!
