This backpack is so flimsy and has no frills. It is so lightweight that it almost fell over when I put a water bottle in the side pocket. The padding is so thin that it doesn't really add any protection for your shoulders or the contents of the bag. That said, the stitching seems sturdy and it's only $5, so you get what you pay for.

This backpack has nice big side pockets for water bottles, and an interior pocket to tuck in a laptop/chromebook/iPad. There is NO padding on the interior pocket, so I wouldn't trust a kiddo to carry their chromebook home from school in this. It is sized for a 5 year old - might be good for a kindergartener but by 2nd grade, they will definitely need something larger. The whole bag feels kind of cheap. The bottom is not reinforced in any way, and they zippers don't feel built to last.

This backpack is the perfect small sized backpack. The fabric is a little thin but still durable. The zippers don’t get stuck which is great. It does have an interior pocket perfect for a tablet. It also has exterior pockets perfect for drink.

A cute and spacious light pink backpack, with a large zipper pocket and a smaller front pocket. I like that it is big enough to fit a laptop. Overall, the quality seems pretty cheap and the zippers get stuck. I don’t know how well it would hold up after everyday use.

This is a pretty basic backpack. They part of the bag that goes against your back isn’t very thick, so I worry about how comfortable it will be with a bag full of school supplies. The zipper good quality, which is my only gripe. It catches often and I can foresee it breaking soon.

This extra spacious, cute, sturdy, pink, backpack held my laptop. I loved that it can hold up to 25lbs. It has two mesh side pockets, to hold my water bottle. I also used this as a gym bag for my towels, a change of clothes and also my sneakers.
Pretty good quality!

This backpack is not bad! it has the essential pockets, the sewing job is decent. The materials feel as though this backpack can withstand maybe 5 or more hiking trips. It doesn't have back support or any cool features but it does the job well.

Nice size backpack that can be used for school or for hiking. The zipper glides well so easy to open and close. There is a pocket inside of the bag that could be used for papers, keys or phone for easy access. Pocket on the outside could be used for pens/penicils, phone or keys too. Adjustable straps too. Good sizing and quality.

This sage green backpack is excellent quality. I appreciate the mesh pocket inside the big backpack section. I also love the front pocket as well as having two water bottle holders instead of just one. Perfect size for my 6 year old. The color is very cute too!

This pink backpack is light weight. I will have to see how long it lasts. The material feels light and not very durable. It does has a pocket for a tablet or small laptop. There is a lot of room for books or other items.

This bag is useful for short trips to the beach, park or camping, as well as a school backpack. The straps were sturdy, comfortable and secure for moderate weight inside the bag. We used it for clothing, books and snacks on short trips. My daughter loves the color and plans to use it all summer for sleepovers and trips.

This backpack is fine. The padding is limited, the fabric is thin. This is a bag that you get that's not going to last the school year. Get this is you didn't mind it being lost or replaced or you just can't afford anyone else.

Affordable backpack check!!! And you can put your laptop in it. I like the material as it seems like when something spills on it you can clean it. I like how compact it is and love the pink color. I received this for free for my unbiased opinion.

A great basic backpack. It’s a super simple backpack that is a good size. It’s not too big nor bulky. It definitely isn’t small either. There’s one interior pocket and one front pocket that is zippered and smaller. The pink is a soft subtle shade. The quality is decent, I don’t think it’s meant to be rugged or last forever but for light loads and uses it will be fine.
Large but cheap quality

This backpack is deceiving. The size is great, it fits a lot including a laptop. However the fabric is thin and feels cheap. I do not think I would trust this backpack to hold up long term, I anticipate holes and rips.
Box X stitching makes this a solid 3 star bag

I confess, I’m a bag geek. I own a bunch of carry gear. I saw this bag from Target’s Deal Worthy value-based brand and I had to give it a try. Overall, it has the usual features of a budget conscious laptop capable backpack. Adequately average BUT with a key feature that will deliver value beyond its price- Box X stitching secures the shoulder straps to the bag. Go ahead and use that laptop sleeve; these straps will handle the weight for the long haul.
Cheap and gets the job done.

The backpack is very light and feels cheap, but given the price I have no complaints. Fits a laptop and has all the necessary pockets one needs. Great for the price with a simple and clean aesthetic look.
