The flavor was bold and came through immediately, with a strong Parmesan taste that stood out. I’m not a big fan of that particular flavor, so it was a bit much for me. But if that’s your thing, you might really enjoy it. It’s definitely a healthier option, which I appreciate. Overall, it was just okay for me.

I love that this brand uses clean and simple ingredients and does not use glyphosate. Also they are non gmo which is important to me and my family. Great that you can also use as a marinade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Steakhouse Caesar dressing from Chosen Foods was just ok for me. I am very particular about my Caesar dressing. I typically like it creamy, as opposed to oily, and with a strong garlicky flavor. This dressing had to be vigorously shaken to mix the contents. The first time I tried to use it, I didn't shake enough, as a bunch of oil was all that came out. The flavor was ok, but there was something slightly off for me. I couldn't quite put my finger on what I was tasting, but whatever it was, I would've preferred more garlic. The consistency was very thin and runny. I will definitely finish the bottle, but I wouldn't seek this out at the store or use it as a replacement for my current preferred Caesar dressing.

We use avocado oil in other cooking and are familiar with the taste so it wasn’t a surprise, but if you haven’t had avocado oil before it may be a little bit of a flavor adjustment. What I found is a little goes a long way because there is a higher oil content it spreads out more than the creamy style dressings. Overall I enjoyed it and would look for it in the store in the future. Looking forward to trying more flavors from Chosen foods.
