I usually take a small shot about 30 minutes before bed, and I've noticed I fall asleep more easily and wake up feeling clear-headed. The tart flavor is actually really enjoyable. It's a bit pricey and sometimes hard to find. It's not a miracle fix, but it's become a comforting part of winding down at night. I'm still on the fence if the price is worth it compared to other supplements.

Sleepy Tart Cherry is a great way to support sleep health. Unlike other pre-bedtime drinks, the small size ensures I won't be up all night running to empty my bladder! Would buy in bulk.

After about 20 minutes after taking this I felt very calm it did not make me drowsy at all but was able to relax and fall asleep better than I have before

It has a really smooth tart cherry flavor (not too sweet), and within about 30–45 minutes I feel noticeably more relaxed, enough to wind down and fall asleep without feeling groggy the next morning. I love that it doesn't rely on melatonin and still works. Definitely something I'll keep on hand and use again. Would recommend.

I'm just not sure it yields the results for the cost versus buying a magnesium supplement. Maybe if you needed a child to take it, but for an adult, I would rather spend on a supplement without the sugar.

I don't know if it would be the same if it was mixed with something or if the concentration is part of the impact of the juice. Also don't know if it would continue to show results after longer use.

The shot is easy to take in one or 2 gulps, the taste is not quite artificial cherry flavor. Overall, I would like to continue to take these shots for bedtime to help with me sleep.
