    how hard is it to make a lid that closes?

    how hard is it to make a lid that closes? so many others said this about the shipping, but mine arrived fine in shipping. not everyone has their own washer to leave this tub at. I brought it down one flight of stairs, in a laundry basket, and it spilled all over the place.

    new smell

    I bought a large container of Oxy-Clean with no mention of fragrance and it smells terrible. We keep the container in the garage with the lid off and it seems to repel rats.

    Miracle Stuff

    I had saved my childrens'baby cloths for many years and when I got them out they had all yellowed & looked aweful. When I saved them they had no stains. I tried this stuff & to my surprise it actually worked. All the cloths except a couple had no yellowing & looked like new & the couple that still had a little shadow of yellow came out the second time. This stuff is truely a miracle. I put all the cloths in a bucket & used 1-2 scoops per gallon of water & soaked the cloths overnight, rinsed and washed in washer as usually. It was that easy & I was trilled to have all the baby cloths ready for the new grandbaby!!

    Saved a White Sweater

    I’ve had a container of this for years, but saving a white cardigan made me write this review. There was a huge laundry OOPS and a white, knit cardigan ended up in the machine with new, dark denim jeans. We all know how badly dark denim runs, so no surprise to see the sweater was a horrible, splotchy mess. We caught it before going into the dryer, & mom told me to immediately grab oxiclean powder, dissolve it in a bucket of cool water, soak the sweater for a while, squish the water out, then make a fresh bath of oxiclean & cool water, & put the sweater back in overnight. I was amazed when I couldn’t find a single trace of blue, after a thorough rinsing.

    IF IT IS CLEAN, IT WILL SMELL CLEAN

    Disinfects and bleaches without scent. It doesn't dissolve well. I use very hot water, stir in a bucket and then pour into any temp wash water or I put it into a spray bottle to clean counters, tile, fridge, vinyl (not metal or wood). It cleans hard surfaces very well. After I wipe the surface as dry as possible, I return after a few minutes to find a white residue. I wipe that off with hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle. IF it is clean, it will smell clean Nothing beats cleaning and laundry with unscented products that work. If you have pets, this is a must.
