Multiple defective items
Ordered two of these. The first one had a broken wire and did not work. The second one was completely dismantled. The bottom half was cut off (had only 40 of the 100 lights). the top loop and hook was cut off and missing and included no stakes. Why, just why??

Fun but too fragile
We love the decoration and the lights look super cool at night, however, one of the wires randomly snapped last night and now that line of lights doesn’t work below where the wire broke. And it isn’t something that can be repaired. Such a bummer since we’ve only had it up for a week. Great concept but the product needs some tweaks to make it hardier.

It came out of the package twisted and tangled. Was a nightmare to untangle then after plugging it in there was a section of lights not working. The lights are not very bright either. I wouldn’t recommend this purchase.

Cute but strands keep breaking
It’s very cute and I love it at night. But there are no horizontal lights so when lit up it’s just vertical lines in a triangle. Also- the wires are trash. I gently hung mine up and in order to get it to look good it needs to be pulled taught. Well a windy day snapped strands on both my webs. The lights stop working below the break. And there is no way to repair. Get better quality for next year.

So cute!
Perfect Halloween decoration! I’m not sure why this doesn’t have better reviews. It does take some time to get it all untangled out of the box but the product itself works just as it should and is super cute. It has a button on the plug where you can change the setting and it has a ton of options.

Not all lights work
There are twisty ties holding it together but no rhyme or reason as to how they tied them up. It took about 30 minutes to untie and separate. Once open, it looks cool however the middle strand doesn’t work.

Nope
An absolute tangled mess to hang. I’m not sure if I just got one that someone returned and that’s why it was so bad, but I will also be returning and ask that they mark it as damaged so someone doesn’t spend an hour trying to untangle this.
