submitted byGeorgina - 2 years agoTarget staff supportA: Hello. If one bulb burns out the rest of the string will initially stay lit. However, a burned out bulb should be replaced as soon as you can. As bulbs burn out, and if not replaced, the remaining bulbs take up the extra power and burn out quickly, causing the set/circuit to fail quickly. Purchased multiple sets, and after only a few weeks of use, some of the strands are now only half lit. Fuses were checked and or OK. Clearly there is a problem either where the wiring junctions are made, or on the integrity of some of the bulb sockets on these strands. I have not been able to isolate a bad bulb, so there must be an issue in the wiring. These have been used outdoors, so indoor use might yield different results, but I am disappointed in the quality.

I put these lights up outdoors less than 3 weeks ago. After 2 weeks, 25% were out. 3 weeks in, and probably 40% of them are out. I live in South Florida... weather is mild, and we are in our dry season. They sould not spontaneously go out after 3 weeks! I threw my boxes out, so, I guess I cannot return them?

This is cool white not warm white. I put a sting of warm white across as you can see in the picture. Totally different color. This is way too cool and bright. Not easy on the eyes like warm white is.

These are quite pretty and bright. I exchanged some non-LED lights I had purchased from Target for these because the other set seemed a bit dim (that set was $3 though, so maybe you get what you pay for). They look a bit pastel in the photo but in person they are bright jewel tones (including purple - yay!)
