5 Wick Footed Ceramic Scalloped Rim Jar Candle 34oz - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

I have this and love it so I ordered one for my daughter. It just arrived to my house and I opened the box only to find it smashed. I had ordered a few other breakable items not too long ago from Target due to it not being able to be picked up in the store and they also came barely wrapped and broken . Of course now I can't get those items any longer. My point is ... Target needs to step up their wrapping breakable items in bubble wrap and secure the items. They're basically barely wrapped in brown paper and sliding all over the box inside. So frustrating and that's a loss for the stores profits so you would think they'd do something about the lack of care in shipping.

Get it together, target shipping department. 90% of ceramic items arrive damaged, at least in my case. They gotta do something about it. Seriously…

Don’t buy online candle and replacements all came broken. Last one reported and received a message to return it but I’m guessing only in store. I wasn’t given any shipment information. It’s dangerous to handle broken ceramic, but wasn’t given any other options if I want my money back. Pictures includes both times this candle came broken. The worst was the first time.

I bought this in store and it is amazing! Not only does it look so pretty but the smell is soooooo good! I had it burning for a couple of hours and my whole house smells so good. The wax also melted nice and evenly with all five wicks burning.

I gave it one star because it was broken in 3 pieces when it arrived. I should have listened to the reviews, sounds like this happens alot. Target REALLY needs to do better with packing breakables. The box was really beat up too, so some of the blame has to go to UPS. Disappointing since I needed it for a birthdays gift. It also arrived later than stated when I ordered it.

Candle was broke inside of 2 boxes

Purchased 2 times and both times it arrived broken .

Came shattered both times, was not able to even light the candle.

Do NOT order these online. I ordered 2 because my store didn't have them and they were wrapped in paper mesh, placed side by side in a box with no packing materials to separate them and the box wasn't even marked fragile. Both were broken.

This candle is gorgeous and smelled awesome for fall! Unfortunately it came in chipped so had to return it to the store. Like all the other large candles offered by Hearth and Hand there wasn’t any in store to purchase. I do recommend this candle if you can find in store. I don’t have good luck with breakables being shipped.

I bought this size and the smaller version and walking into our house after work today I could still smell it from when we burnt it for the first time last evening. Best smelling candle with a scent that truly lasts unlike many other candles I’ve had lately. 100% worth it and may stock up on this one 🤌🏼

Do not buy this for shipping! It arrived broken twice. The second time they didn’t even try to wrap it up.

Smells SOOOOO good. Definitely will be repurchasing more of this scent!

All yall need to walk into the store because this candle is worth it. Love it even more than yankee harvest.

The candle smells amazing! But I’m adding my review to the many others here in hopes Target will get it together with their shipping! Arrived shattered in a hundred pieces. Such a shame for such beautiful pieces and money wasted for all. Grab this in store if you want it!

Item was delivered broken & not wrapped properly. This shattered ceramic all over the entire order in the package.

Appears I should have came to see the reviews before ordering. I never had an issue with the salted candle fall drops that I ordered the last 2 years but this year, all 3 came broken. Target, are you going to fix this packaging issue????
