I've had my eye on this lamp for several months. When I finally decided to order it....it was out of stock. When I recently saw that it was again available I ordered it right away. This lamp doesn't disappoint.... nice quality and lovely wood stain....and HEAVY. Be aware of dimensions as it isn't very tall but I sat mine on a stack of books so it works well. I especially like the rattan shade. Some might say it gives the lamp a tropical vibe but I would call it "British West Indies" look. Our home is traditional, and it fits perfectly.

Definitely more than I’m used to paying for a small little table lamp at target, but honestly Jo Gaines has never steered me wrong, when it comes to her simple modern/farmhouse style. Although my style is more 70’s Bohemian/modern/ Old Hawaii, Hawaiian vibes if you will.. her simple but elegant designs never seems to mess it up, only add to it. Get the lamp. If you’re on the fence, you won’t be sorry. I added a 60 wtt bright light because I needed a little bit more light, but the shade itself makes the lighting warm, so that would be my suggestion. It’s beautiful mango wood (I believe) on the base and 70s MCM vibe with a little Hawaiian rattan on top. Goes perfectly.
