This is a joke. Jump thorugh hoops to ensure pre ordred then canccelled. What a joke.

Canceled my pre-order then have to jump through hoops to find one. I'm done.

As usual, Target has gone above and beyond to screw up my order. Waited all day to place a pre-order and then received an email in my spam folder that the order had been canceled. Now, I read online people are buying them off the shelf in select markets. I don't know if it's because of tariffs or what, but they should have been "paused" not canceled. Way to go, Target.

Preordered as soon as these were listed and had a Red Card promo to go with it. Now the pre-order is cancelled along with my $10 promo credit.

Item was preordered, recofirmed, then cancelled. Apparently it came back in stock with no regard for those who had been cancelled without and explanation.

Canceled my preorder but then allows others to place orders. Extremely poor customer service. Hate exclusive items with this company. They also never distribute these items in my area so I have to rely on ordering on the web.

I did my part - showed up at 1PM on the designated date (Target was late and didn't put them up until later) and placed my preorder. Due date comes and goes. A week or so later, I get an email requesting an extension that I approved. Then days later, EVERYONE's order got cancelled for "vendor issue". THEN, several days after everyone got cancelled, they start randomly showing up in Target stores. What a mess. I'll just pay for and get from overseas or Ebay. I've had it with Target and their inability to handle getting product to the consumer.

Target has once again gone above and beyond with there customer service by taking preorders for an item and then instead of fulfilling those guaranteed sales canceled them all. But wait in a genius move decided to ship product out to stores where it might sell... cause might is always better than guaranteed. Your awesome Target. It's no wonder I rarely set foot in your stores or spend any of my hard earned money with you. It's not that I dont want to, its because you make it far to difficult to.

Why do a pre order if you're going to cancel everything this is terrible

Not that anyone with any authority or clout is ever going to see these, or care, but I had my order canceled twice. I pre-ordered the day it dropped, only to have my order canceled within the first 24 hours citing some issue with my order. So i hawked the Target website for 2 weeks waiting for someone to cancel their order and open a spot and I finally got one. More than a month went by and I figured I'm in good shape, only to receive a second cancelation last week, same as all of you. I've been faithfully collecting this line since it started, as I never had any original kenner figures as a kid, and they're neat, I enjoy them. I have 2 targets in my local area and neither of them ever get squat; they didn't even both with a haulathon display this year, so that tells you how many figures we got from that. So the liklihood of me finding this boxset sitting on a shelve is basically nill, thats why I pre-orderd it! It torques me that I'm going to have to probably find it on the after market and pay double the price, if i find one at all. @Hasbro, if you can't count on your vendors to reliably carry your stuff stop throwing them exclusives. Reward your smaller loyal online retailers with items like this. Avoidable problems like this damage your reputation, the brand, the customer base, and ultimately....your bottom line.

Not the first time Target has given me the runaround. Preordered this on the day it went up for sale, got delayed a couple times and I had to approve a delay, then it got cancelled. What a waste of time...

They canceled my order

Our orders should have been held. Not cancelled.

Cancelled, and now it is showing up in stores. Remarkable failure by Target and Hasbro.

Target has proven themselves to be excellent at taking pre-orders but horrible at fulfilling them. The item that I ordered on March 5th was cancelled as a "technical issue."

If this were related to the tariff situation and that was communicated, I'd have some understanding. Target made me log in and approve another further delay and then canceled the order a few days later ANYWAY. This is not acceptable. Communicate with your customers better.

Adding my voice in frustration over the cancelled pre-order. This was a Target exclusive, so how are we supposed to get it now? Don't do exclusives if you cannot handle them!
