Q: Does the jaw lock into place like the Allosaurus, or is it free-range like the Giganotosaurus figure?

A: The upper and lower jaw lock in place. I would also be careful when opening the mouth since it is prone to getting caught on the inner mouth pieces if you don’t push them right.

Q: Why is the spinosaurus neck joint so weak?

A: I would assume it is not enough tension from connections inside the neck. It is either held together with a band to create the tension or it is a ball socket joint type system for the main neck piece with no other way to create enough tension to hold it in correctly. I got lucky with mine being fairly stable compared to videos I have seen so it may be a manufacturing error that made it through somehow. There are other errors such as teeth being caught by the inner mouth pieces (so my Spino is missing a tooth because of this lol)

I was so excited to get this figure after waiting for it to be in stock. Enough about me,the product is great! I really enjoy the paint job and the realistic eyes! The only thing I can complain about is a small dot of white paint by the leg, some paint damage by the tail and the box wasn’t in the best of shape. Overall very happy to have this in my collection!
