A: I was just in the store yesterday. I saw some target carts out on display. They did not come in a box. They seemed very small! (But I have not seen this one in person) . I’m assuming that’s the difference between the standard one they’ve been selling, and the new “big kids” one that little bit taller. Just also by the pics it seems like a little sturdier plastic.  so I would say yes this is a different model since they had another model in store.
