The pieces are clearly labeled with letters, which eliminates any guesswork and streamlines the process. Plus, there aren't many stickers to apply, making setup even simpler. When it comes to playtime, my son absolutely loves the Spinosaurus and the Velociraptor. However, there is a notable issue with the way the push button functions at the beginning. The ramp, which has three different levels, can be confusing for young children. I had to repeatedly explain to my son that it shouldn't be forced down and that the ramp is intentionally designed to work differently each time. This inconsistency has been a source of frustration for him and has detracted from the overall play experience. As a result, both my five-year-old and nine-year-old lost interest quickly, feeling aggravated instead of engaged. To enhance the appeal of this toy, I believe the moving ramp needs improvements to ensure it is intuitive and enjoyable for kids. With some tweaks, it could easily be a favorite in our playroom.

Each run against the Dino was a different outcome! This set was super easy to assemble and fold up more compact for easier storage as well!

If the gliding Dino wins a little trap door opens and the Dino car falls in. It’s very compact, doesn’t take up a lot of room. It is light weight so moving it around is easy. Building the track was super simple that my 6 year old was able to build it alone. The track is simple but yet so much fun. My children love it!

The set up for this is simple, and part of the track swivels underneath the other half for easier storage, which I really appreciate, as otherwise it would be quite long on a shelf. We also noticed that the track resembles a strand of DNA- What a cool way to link this with Jurassic World!

My 5 year old boys absolutely love both cars and dinosaurs, so this was a huge hit with them. The love the little car that has a dinosaur in it. They also really like racing the large dinosaur. If the car and dinosaur reach the middle at the same time, the car gets "eaten". If the dinosaur reaches the end first, the car falls through the track. You can use regular sizes hot wheels cars on this track as well. It was easy to put together. My only issue is that the track comes apart fairly easy during use so the dinosaur gets stuck going down.

Unfortunately, it did not keep my boys’ attention. Maybe if it had some sound it would’ve held their interest longer. Also, the dinosaur kept getting stuck in a piece of the track even though we made sure everything was connected properly.

Hard concept to remember to click button to reset before placing car and big dinosaur. He also put matchbox cars to race as well. He enjoyed. I needed to remind of reset and careful of hitting track. It’s a combination of race tracks, dinosaurs, and speed which makes for the perfect adventure. And to add to the fun, there are trap doors and pop-up ramps with outcomes that are unpredictable, which makes it even more fun, engaging and entertaining! This is certainly one of the best racetracks yet!

We took turns for about an hour to see who could win against the dinosaur down the track. We were even able to use different hotwheel cars (that we already had) to test out as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this toy to be quite interesting I liked the way the little dinosaur in the car goes sliding down on the orange track and the big dinosaur slides down the blue track on the side. I didn’t like the dinosaur track comes apart towards the middle where the dinosaur can eat the little car. Overall this toy is very fun to play with and my son had a blast playing with it.

It was very easy to assemble, especially since each part of the track is labeled. It also comes with a dino car. My son loved racing the car against the dinosaur to see who would win. We also noticed that the dinosaur moved its mouth up and down as it is racing which is a neat feature. Overall, this is a great stand alone toy or great addition to your Hot Wheels sets!
