this pan is the perfect size to use for just about everything. In fact, I have a similar style pan that’s cast-iron that I use every single day. I love it, but I’m really happy to have this nonstick version. This is one of three pans I purchased, and it is beautiful, pretty heavy duty, but not too heavy to pick up and really well made. So far, I am extremely happy with my purchase and I hope that all three of the pants I bought last for a long time. However, I am very realistic about how even the best nonstick will wear out after a couple of years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan!! The Maestro Nonstick Skillet is the most easiest frying pan to take care of. No scraping or scrubbing to clean. Wipe with soft rag or sponge, with soap and water, towel dry and that's it. You do have make sure it's well centered on the eye on your drive, after that it cooks well. I've cooked meat, eggs and fries. Very simple. No stickling whatsoever so ever. The only draw back is you definitely have to watch the handles on the skillet. They do get hot

I purchased the 9.5" Ceramic Nonstick Saute Pan w/ lid as well as the Ceramic nonstick crepe pan. Both are high quality products. I love the ceramic nonstick surfaces, and the even heating. They arrived quickly and were carefully packed. Instructions on how to care for the pans are clear and helpful. I am happy with my purchases and would buy Alva products again.

It’s also incredibly easy to clean up and doesn’t require abrasive scrubbing. Would absolutely consider buying more pans to cook with!

The lid fits well and I like that it’s stainless instead of glass. Both skillet and lid were easy to clean. I think because of its size it’s a super versatile piece to have.

So I'm looking for a better product that can last longer. And then I got Nonstick skillet with Lid from Ava and Influenster. Thank you Influenster and Ava for giving me the chance to try it. The product is carefully packaged and well protected during transportation. The first thing I felt when I picked it up was that it was a bit heavy, and the lid was made of shiny steel that you could see your reflection in. With a capacity of 9.5 inches, it's a bit small because I have to cook for 5 people in my family. i have started using it to cook fried fish because my son loves it and i have to cook it for him almost every week. I did add a little oil but not much, and I felt like it was almost unnecessary because the fish was cooked evenly and didn't stick, and the pan had a handle that was very convenient to hold and stir food. And when frying food, it doesn't get too much oil but still cooks evenly on both sides. And especially it is very easy to clean, you don't need to spend too much time cleaning it, but to preserve the non-stick layer longer, I recommend that you only use non-metallic materials because the layer Non-stick will not scratch and can be used longer. It can still be used on different types of stoves and can be placed in the oven, as well as dishwashers. With the lid it can help me cook better. 100% non-toxic materials help me and my family feel secure in cooking as well as protect our health. I really love it because of the convenience, efficiency, and certainty it brings.
