They are very safe for him to use and he knows how to use the tools. They are very accurate for what an actual saw or tape measure looks like.

It so easy to play with and the saw cuts through the “wood” with easy give them the feeling that they are indeed playing with the real thing. It has so many little things inside like a tape measure. The tools look pretty durable but the wood after the cut them will be of no use again. But will definitely recommend it does keep them busy all while teaching them measurements and tool safety.
My son loved this set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So cute and easy to put together for my 4 year old. He instantly knew what to do and was so exhausted to play with it. He loves using the tape measure and the marker on the foam wood especially using the saw to cut it. It’s very safe for his age and durable. He also ended up using the foam pieces to build buildings and tunnels for his cars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so much fun!! My kids had an absolute blast with this Little Tikes Construction Measure and Cut set. It includes a miter saw, miter box, multiple different planks, marker, carpenter's square and measuring tape. Altogether this lets you measure, mark your cuts and saw the planks. The boards look like wood, but they're actually foam so everything is safe and mess-free. My boys made a little project where they used all the tools to make a house. I wish there were refills of the boards that you could buy. That way they could build even more.
