Own your health with Planstrong milks
This is my go to plant milk. It has no oil or other unhealthy additives like the other brands. Just clean and healthy. So glad it’s now available at Target.

My favorite oat milk
I have been making my breakfast bowl with oats, berries, cinnamon, walnuts and oat milk for a couple of years. It seems like more and more junk ingredients were showing up in my old oat milk, so I thought I would try this one. It's just oats and water with vitamins and calcium added. It's not all waxy like most milks these days. It's simply good. I wish it came in a bigger carton, but otherwise, it's fantastic!

These are the best, cleanest milks. My family loves only these - kids and teens. We feel good buying them because we can trust the company because we can trust the family and the philosophy they have for their own and others’ health and because of the honesty I feel behind their intentions. It’s just a bonus that the price is better than what we spend at our local store - on less clean, oil and gum- containing inferior milks.. I am smiling as I type this sitting here eating cereal with my unsweetened Planstrong Oat milk!

Low calorie, low fat beverage that goes well with oatmeal and many other grains fitting in well with a low fat, plant based vegan diet. It is therefore my choice over the significantly higher fat nut milks. The 2 marks against it are that it doesn’t say organic, and non-organic oats often have glyphosate, believed to be a mitochondrial toxin, and the amount of sodium of 105 mg per a 45 calorie serving which may not be optimal for renal health. If the oats were 100% organic and the salt not added, or kept to 45 mg or less, it would be perfect and I wouldn’t need to the Elmhurst milked oats as well and dilute that beverage to reduce its calories and sodium, which sadly also isn’t organic. Sure wish those improvements could be made, as I would then buy it much more than I do now.

Hands down the best oat milk on the shelves! Minimal ingredients, tastes great, and the texture/mouthfeel doesn't feel 'thin' or 'cloying' like many others out there. I'm amazed at how good it is.

Love the milk. Hate the cartons. You have to be very careful when you thread the caps back on. If the cap is off by a half a thread, the carton will leak all over when you shake it. (And you must shake it) The cartons are also very small, I would like to see larger ones.

This oat milk has great ingredients and tastes good, nit chalky. It’s hit your vitamins you need should you fall short on B and D. It blends ok in coffee. Not as thick as some other oat milks though. A great company to support!
