Excellent Choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nature’s Path Smart Bran Is a super source of fiber (17g) in a low-calorie serving (110 calories/serving). This cereal mixes in with yogurt, cottage cheese, and any type of milk. I even add it to my oatmeal. My fiber numbers have definitely improved with Nature’s Path Smart Bran

Delicious and Good For You
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been eating this cereal for +10 years now and I was drawn to it because of the psyllium fibre which is effective in curbing LDLs. I even carry a box with me when I travel overseas.

Best Bran Cereal Ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying Smart Bran cereal for breakfast every morning for more than 30 years. I began using it to help with a severe intestinal condition because of its high fiber content, and it really helped to improve my health astonishingly well. Even after my condition was under control, I stuck with Smart Bran because it tastes great and keeps me feeling well and healthy. I even take it me on vacations! Thank you, and please don’t ever discontinue this wonderful cereal!

My Go-To Healthy Meal
I enjoy a bowl of Smart Bran with added fruit and almond milk daily. Honestly, it's a satisfying breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Growing up, a bowl of cereal was Sunday supper if we were still hungry after our family's elaborate mid-afternoon dinner. Healthy comfort and memories in a bowl!

My Fiber Bomb
I’ve been eating this for breakfast every day for years. I’d take it with me when I traveled. I’m amazed that I can get this much fiber from something that tastes so good.

High in Fiber, Low in Flavor
It tastes like nothing but with strong hints of cardboard.

Great fiber cereal
I eat Smart Bran cereal just about everyday for the added fiber in my diet. The good thing is that it actually tastes good which can't be said for other fiber cereals with this many grams of fiber per serving. Plus it's organic! What's not to like!?

Good source of bran
This is the best multi-bran cereal I have found. It would be perfect if it did not contain so much sugar.

Perfect fiber boost for the whole family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it, a great way to get a boost of fiber to start the day. Now my kids love it too - maybe only because it's 'dads' cereal but it is just sweet enough to be appealing to little palates. Unfortunately that means I'll just run out sooner than my subscription renewal shipment, but luckily in the Los Angeles area Sprouts reliably stocks this cereal, too.

Variety of ingredients m.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this cereal because of the variety of ingredients, not almost all wheat line other bran cereals. Has oat fiber*, psyllium seed husk, barley malt extract, and oat bran. Livens up the taste and has more beta glucan. I often add steamed barley and raisins.

Not just cereal, it is so much more.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so much more than cereal, it's fantastic on vanilla ice cream. It makes delicious blueberry muffins or cinnamon coffee cake. Peace of mind is important too, Nature's Path, Organic! I just bought a case.

Psyllium is the key!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have some of this at breakfast, then one with less fiber to balance a bit because my whole diet has a lot of fiber. The thing this cereal has that none of the others have is psyllium, which my gut loves more than any other fiber. It also is low sugar and goes well with all sorts of fruit. My favorite is blueberries, but strawberries, peaches, etc go well too. If the rest of your diet isn't high in fiber, eat this!!! Unfortunately my local stores don't carry it, so I need to mail order.
