Sara Sarmiento Borge es psicóloga general sanitaria, psicoanalista y profesora de yoga. Está especializada en EMDR, trauma y dependencia emocional. Es la CEO de Yo Vivo Consciente, un espacio online de terapias con más de 16 profesionales de diferentes disciplinas donde ir a sanar de forma integrativa las heridas de la infancia para construir la vida que deseas. Actualmente Sara forma a otros profesionales en diferentes disciplinas de salud mental, así como en emprendimiento y vida slow, y facilita retiros de empoderamiento femenino.
