Great tissues. The tissue box design is very nice. Matching colors for the bathrooms is so nice and Kleenex has nice matching colors. These tissues are very durable and absorbent. Softness and very gentle is one hundred percent. Worth the price.

I am a huge fan of Kleenex but I've been buy Puffs because the Kleenex box design colors do not fit in my home at all. Kleenex, give us some neutral prints, please!

I have used Kleenex for many years, and have no issues with the quality, but I'm just about fed up with the same design. I don't like most of them, too bright, same color scheme, too "southwestern" style for my taste I guess. I usually buy the 4 pack of Trusted Kleenex Tissues and get the same design all the time, which goes with absolutely nothing in my home color wise. If I buy the boxes separately, I can get other designs, but they are still bright enough to be seen a mile away! Can't you make some other designs that are calming and more neutral like you use too? I know you want us to be able to fine them in the dark, but this has gotten ridiculous.

Tissues are connected together and come out in a continuous stream. This causes me to waste tissues or to have to wad up the excess tissues and put on top of the box. I see other reviews pointing out this issue as long ago as 9 months. I assume this "feature" is intentional, since nothing has been done to address this problem..

good value, good product

Kleenex is my preferred brand of tissue. However, I have recently switched to another brand based on the box design and garish gaudy colors. Please consider more basic designs and colors that do not clash with decorating.

Love the product but the packaging is so bright and colorful while it makes it distinctive...i have been purchasing OTHER brands whose packaging is less obstrusive. Previously Kleenex always had more muted colors that blended with the environment. I hope those earlier patterns return soon. Thank you

Product: Kleenex Brand Tissues, Purchased Quantity of 2, 8-pack (200 count boxes) Order Fulfillment: Online order, shipped to home I placed an online order for two units of the 8-pack of Kleenex tissues, totaling 16 boxes. The delivery itself was prompt, and the outer shipping box arrived in perfect, undamaged condition. However, this is where the positive experience ended. Product Quality and Packing Failure Upon opening the perfectly intact two shipping containers, I found that all 16 individual boxes of Kleenex were severely damaged. Every single box was bent up, and many were squashed or creased. The contrast between the pristine outer shipping box and the damaged product inside clearly indicates that these items were damaged before or during the packing process, confirming a serious quality control issue at the fulfillment center. They were shipped out in an unacceptable condition. Due to the complete lack of quality, I immediately initiated an online replacement request, which was approved. I was instructed to return the damaged products. My husband took the 16 damaged boxes to a local Target store for return. He explicitly told the team member that we did not want a refund, but were returning the items as part of an online replacement order that we were waiting for. We needed the replacement because the original order used Circle rewards, which provided a discount that would be lost with a simple refund and reorder. Despite this clear communication, the store processed a refund instead of logging a return for replacement. This error triggered a chain of confusing and contradictory communications: 1. The day I did the online request for a replacement I received an email stating Target was “waiting on my return" before they would ship the replacements. 2. I received a final email stating that I had cancelled the replacement order, which I had absolutely not done. The damage to 16 boxes of tissues demonstrates a complete failure in your fulfillment center's quality control. More critically, the subsequent customer service handling was a complete disaster, resulting in a misprocessed refund, confusing emails, and the cancellation of a replacement order that I specifically requested. Between the unusable product and the frustrating, time-consuming effort required to try and fix the store's error, I have lost confidence in Target's online fulfillment and customer support for basic household goods. I will never be ordering Kleenex tissues from Target ever again. Sorry, no pictures, did not think to take pictures before product was returned. I had not planned to write a bad review.

Whenever I order Kleenex and get it delivered it's always smashed up.

BOXES ARE UGLY! CHANGE BACK TO NICE NEUTRAL COLORS. THESE CRAZY COLORS DO NOT MATCH ANY DECOR! EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING AND THE BOXES ARE GETTING UGLIER! PLUS THE PLASTIC FALLS APART AND TISSUES FALL IN THE BOX. AND PRICES KEEP GOING UP! I AM SWITCHING TO A NEW BRAND IF THIS CONTINUES.

I like the large size boxes. Difficult to find.

I received my order today, but unfortunately the items arrived damaged. The tissue boxes were crushed, torn, and in very poor condition！

I found a recent box of Kleenex had the sheets misfolded. I suspect that one of your machines had a setup problem. Still a good product, just an observation.

Tissues are simply stacked and placed into the box with no pull through functionality after using about one fifth of the tissues. Maybe ditch the cute design idea and go back to the bread and butter.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. You had the only tissue still available without added toxic chemicals that nearly 35% of the population is allergic to or with Multiple Chemical Sensitivites that was safe for us. What the heck is Clean Shield technology Conditioner? Can't you just make a safe product since your line is already loaded with dangerous versions?

I have used Kleenex for 70 years. It is now smaller and even though it says 2 ply it is now too thin to absorb a single emptying of one side of my nostrils. It also appears to be less wide than the original. 2 plates too thin to function correctly anymore. Also perforations on top of box terrible to open. Plastic slot is poorly attached, and difficult to get started frequently torn off because of poor perforation of removable part.

I have been buy kleenex for a long time. I love that they don't g Rub your face or nose. But lately the tissues are stuck to each other. So when you pull one out 6 or 7 come out . It's a lot of money wasted or thrown away. Other thing I still buy them

Great .. cheaper than shop rite and boxes are larger 200 count!! Hard to find!! Ships in 2 days!!
