For the Very Best Roasted Veggies!
This vegetarian (pescatarian, I guess) could happily prepare just about any vegetable you could name by tossing it in "Frizzle", grinding on some Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper, popping it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and roasting it in the oven at 425-450 degrees! (Time and temp depend on the sturdiness of the veggie.)My only request? PLEASE make "Frizzle" in cans for refilling, just like you do for the other GRAZA oils. Grazie!

I would say that it is good oil, however I personally like olive oil because of the benefits. This oil is simply a good cooking oil. It doesn’t offer any of the rich olive oil taste. For the price though it is definitely worth it compared to other high heat oils.
