[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first the phone worked great. However within a couple of months, the battery started draining rapidly. I followed every step to reduce battery drain but nothing stopped it. Over the past few weeks no chargers are working properly and I have even had issues keeping the charger in the port. It often says slow charging or just stops charging all together. I have awakened to an almost dead phone on some mornings even though it has been connected all night. I am very disappointed. I have not been able to use Galaxy AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an android user for years, and this is by FAR the best phone I have ever had. It is astonishingly fast. I never seen or felt a phone so competent in every category. It has never once felt like it is bogged down and lagging no matter how many or what applications I am running. The camera still amazes me when I take pictures or video, and the Galaxy AI is helping me organize my life better than I ever could. Its a tool for my entire life. Its almost as if it is a child of mine the way I talk about it and show it to people lol. I honestly don't know why people would ever use a different company. I am seriously greatful to own one and I get excited every time there is a software update. I would have given 6 stars if I could.

I love the features and the cameras, iwas even able to zoom in on a bump flying over so we'll that i could see the operator! however I do wish there could be a swipe from right or left to go forward as you can go back with it. I would also like if there could be features added like chopping motion for flashlight,ect. Other than that I absolutely love my device and I never go with anything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone for a few months now and have had two major problems. First was that the sim card stopped working and wouldn't take a physical card, they had to put an e sim in. Then apparently, this is a common issue, but this is the first Samsung I have had this issue with, the charging port stopped working for all charging cords and boxes that weren't Samsung. Other than that, the phone is great. The Galexy AI is on point.

The camera is great and the features are very nice. My only thing i am unhappy about is that the SD card slot was taken out of this model but put back in on the next model. SD slot should ALWAYS be an option. Especially with everything getting bigger in space and the phones really all holding same amounts and we don't want to pay for online space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a samsung lover. I literally have the washer, dryer, fridge, phones, watches and TV. So needless to say I am addicted to your products. When the s25 ultra came out I was so happy to have it. One of the main reasons is that it reminds me ao much of the Samsung Note(which is what made me fall in love with the brand many moons ago). I love how it has the S pen( I just wish it had more features for the pen) I love how the camera looks, I love how crisp and clear my videos look. The Pro version is in a league of its own. My only downside is that when I take videos it looks worst that what it does in person(unless I play with the lighting) As a mua this can be annoying especially when my clients are in a rush. Another feature I love is the slow zoom. I feel like a director making my own movie. All in all I love this phone.

My favorite feature is the ability to split the screen and use 2 different apps at once. However the Spen in the s25 ultra sometimes glitches and makes it to where you have to press really hard on the screen and im the type of person to use the pen more lightly and it can get frustrating sometimes and when im using the pen I cannot use my fingers to without pulling the pen at least 6 inches away from the screen but other than that this phone is very great
