Queso Fresco was perfect in my quesadillas paired with Monterey Jack cheese, rotisserie chicken, and homemade flour tortillas. I am definitely purchasing again. I even like Queso Fresco plain. It’s not very salty and mild tasting and perfect for a cheese board with different flavored and textured cheeses.
