Love the convenience of fear with remote!
Bought in January was not planning on using heat mode but had to and it worked great . Now using fan only and works exactly as described!

Overpriced for a fan
Fan is not as strong as expected. Not enough to circulate air for a small living room.

Worth the wait
I have been looking at this for a while. I grabbed one when it was sale, thanks, Shark. First, it is amazing in looks. It was so easy to put together, great videos. It is so quiet I have to double check it's on. The modes are easy and will be be great for year round use. Get it.

As much as I LOVE my Ninja products, I do not care for this tower fan. It is very loud. I would send it back but I no longer have the box it came in and it's too much trouble.

The sticker ruined this product!
They put a sticker over the touch control when it was shipped, and when you remove it, it leaves a terrible film. We tried cleaning it with lemon oil, then hand sanitizer, but it left this weird film.We can't get rid of it, so we're not going to use this fan anymore. It feels like we wasted our money on this fan. We haven't used it at all because it looks terrible now. What a waste! Please do better.

It's okay
Bought almost a month ago and at first I was excited,it was hyped up on tik tok like everything most days. The first day I noticed there wasn't a child lock option so my toddler can turn it off and on, second the heating function doesnt seem to work well for my apartment for some reason. It barely gets our room warm and our entire apartment is on 550sqft, third, it recently got up to 76° this pass weekend and we tried the fan feature because our house was reading at 82° and we have 2 little ones who were sweating for hours. The turbo feature on brought the house temp 2 degrees. Needless to say we were kinda miserable. It was a nice breeze but on temporarily. Maybe I'm the problem given I'm 4 weeks postpartum maybe, its the product, you would have to try it for yourself

Honest review
You can't not increase the hight of the fan, ,2 out of the 3 modes it has are useless such as the night mode and natural breeze. And lastly it should advertise that it has only 4 speeds. The fan has 10 but you dont feel the air flowing until you get to speed number 6. I would not recommend buying this product. Thats my original and personal review.

I love this cool/ heat bladeless tiver fan. However, please make a small we version. I love this, but it is too large. I would love to see and purchase a smaller version.

Awesome 2 in 1 fan and heater
I have been using this heater/fan for over a month now. I absolutely love it as it is space saving 2 in 1 heater and fan. I have a regular turbo fan and love that. I have not used the fan in this one but I am sure I won’t be disappointed. I have used the heater aspect almost nightly here in the Midwest. I love that it have several different settings for how strong you want the heater. I am a very cold person so I love the heater when going to sleep but not necessarily in the middle of the night. I can either set a timer or I use the internal temp reading and it shuts itself off when my room gets that temperature. What is even more fantastic is its oscillating options. Want just a little bit or a whole 180 degrees. The reason for the missing start is on my regular turbo fan I can raise and lower it. The 2 in 1 cannot unless I am missing something. So while I would like for it to be at the foot of my bed I cannot bc my foot board is to tall. I could possibly make it work if the heat came out of the blades but it doesn’t. I’m still trying to decide if I want to build a box for it to sit on but I could only have it where the blades are vertical since the heater part directional only moves from one side to the other. The other thing I would like to change is being able to switch from heat to fan with the remote. When I get hot at night and would like the fan I have to get up to switch to to fan. Some minor things that were not big enough to where I would want to return it. It is a huge hit in my house!

Very mis leading
It’s been a few weeks and I don’t understand why the heat doesn’t come out of the sides as well! If you’re not right in front of the middle of the fan you’re not going to feel it! When your videos are showcasing the product this feature is never mentioned and actually is very misleading! If I had it to do over after I received the fan there is no way I would of purchased it!

Nice breeze, way too noisy!
The fan works great, the heat seems like it will be fine. However, it has a high pitch whine that sounds like a jet engine in the room, way too noisy.

Worth the investment
Super easy to put together right out of the box. We decided to upgrade mainly for a fan but the heat option is a great bonus! Was nervous to buy as some reviews state it’s loud but that depends on the settings. The high settings push a lot of air and even then, it’s not annoyingly loud to where we can’t sleep. Looking at buying a second for the office!

Pain to disassemble to return.
The filter cover will not close. I have been asked to return the appliance and was provided with a return label. However, I’m unable to disassemble it and put it back in the box. The blades will not separate from the pole and the base. I reached out to support (ticket 23904199) and the instructions they provided did not help with the disassembly. Now I’m out looking for a really big box that can fit the assembled appliance but unable to find one. The largest one at FedEx won’t take this. What a pain!
