Not for the fat people
It’s ok ..I don’t feel the price should be so high! I gave it a 3 because if you’re fat then it would only cool down parts of your body. First try and I faced it directly to me but both my shoulders were still in heat..lol and I’m a size 0x in fat.

Just One Problem
I bought 2 of these off HSN. It keeps you cool and its pretty quiet...Although I like the convenience of a cordless detachable fan, the battery life is awful. Fully charged only lasts around 3 hours. Definitely not worth the money.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. That’s really disappointing, and it makes sense that you’d expect better battery performance. Three hours can feel limiting depending on how you’re using it. We really appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback. For reference, the fan is designed to run for up to around 20 hours on fan speed 1 and about 2 hours on the highest speed (speed 5). Runtime can vary depending on the speed setting and usage conditions. You can review the full runtime details using the link provided on our site. https://support.sharkninja.com/en-CA/article/FA200-Series-Shark-FlexBreeze-2-In-1-Fan-FAQs If your unit isn’t performing within those expected ranges, please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll be happy to review this further with you and see how we can help. Great innovation
I already have the table top version that I use outside and at my desk. Wanted a bigger fan for my room that I can use at night. I love that it can be used with the cord or having it charged. The remote is great to just put by my bedside or on the back of the fan.

Total Failure Two Times Around
In less than 1 year fan quit working, the Internal battery would not charge. I was able to get rhe fan replaced and second fan did same thing within a few months. I am extremely upset to have paid such a high price for a fan that breaks in such a short amount of time.

Loved it until I didn't
I loved my fan until it suddenly started making a grinding type of sound like the fan blades are hitting but they aren't. I've had my fan for 1 year and used it everyday to help cool my room now I have to replace it and it probably will be something less expensive.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience with the FlexBreeze. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed it at first, but we’re sorry to learn about the grinding noise that developed after regular use. Sadly left sweating
Bought last year for indoor use in summer. Used it for 4-5 months before storing it in the corner of the bedroom for winter. Plugged it in this year for the first time and now it won't stay running. Will run for about 5 seconds before the blades stop. Controls act like they are working but the blades never start back up. Tried leaving it plugged in over night with no change. Tried several troubleshooting tests with no results.

Great Fan
Love the fan! I have had it for over a year with no problems. I have used it both wired and wireless. I love it so much I plan to buy a second one. Only recommendation for ninja/shark is I wish the stand had option to extend taller .

Lousy battery life Disappointed
When it works it works well. Unfortunately, the battery has only lasted about 1 year. And a new battery (which you can't find on the Shark site) is more than 25% of the original price of the fan.

Hi Dashton, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the battery performance and understand how disappointing it can be when a battery lasts only about a year, especially when replacement costs feel high compared to the original purchase price. When the fan is working well, we know how useful it can be, so we regret that this issue has impacted your overall satisfaction. We recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps in the guide linked below. If the issue continues or the battery fails, the guide will direct you to our Customer Service team for further assistance: https://support.sharkninja.com/article/FA200-Series-Shark-FlexBreeze-2-In-1-Fan-Troubleshooting-Guide We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve both our products and support experience. Great fan, remote control not working
I have had the Shark Flex Breeze since April 2024. I have been very satisfied with the fan. I do now have a problem. My remote control has stopped functioning. I have tried to change the battery with several different new batteries and it still will not function. I also tested the 3 different batteriesI tried and they all tested good. Now I know my fan must surly be out from under warranty, so I would like to purchase a new remote. Please advise where I may do this.

Nice Fan When It Works but Costly for Lifespan
Purchased for guest bedroom without a ceiling fan. More than I should have spent for a fan, but I liked the esthetics and versatility to also use as a table fan. It had limited use because guest room not used very often. and didnt use it as a table fan like I thought I would. But, when I had recent guests, I discovered fan is no longer working and will not charge. I'm probably just outside the warranty period but a fan this expensive that had limited use should have worked longer than this one did. I've been happy with other Shark products so really disappointed in the quality of this product. I should have read the the reviews.

does not last
in theory, this is excellent I have multiple sclerosis. I can’t take the heat. It would be perfect except that now it’s not even working at all. It will not take a charge. I am so disappointed that I wasted so much money on this. I thought shark was a good name.

Buyer beware
The fan does its job…when it works. In 1 year, I’ve had. 2 completely stop working. Safe to say I won’t be replacing with a third, I’ll be using the money to get something else. And yes, I keep the blades and internals clean. I’ve had lots of fans and used them constantly—this one for some reason cannot withstand being used constantly. If you’re buying this to use for constant or frequent cooling of your space, I’d look into other options.

Waste of time. Don't recommend.
This is the worst investment in a fan that I have ever made the fan blade a made of the cheapest material I have ever dealt with. I have been through 4 blades in 3 months and the company doesn't accept that there is a defective part and they need to revise the product manufacturer and develop a product that doesn't break the tips off so easily. They should go with a metal alloy material that will hold up or a upgraded plastic that will hold up. I would never recommend this product at this price I expected so much more. Investment in dyson product line if your looking for quality standard upgrade.

Great fan except there is no way to clean it
I have used this fan for two summers. I love that operates cordlessly when needed. It really moves air. My disappointment is the inability to clean the fan blades and the interior like a box fan or oscillating fan with a removable grill. Now the fan blades are grossly dirty and no way to clean them.

It’s not “just a fan”
Unbelievably strong, inside or outdoors. Completely cleanable unlike any other fan, which is why we all end up buying new fans, misting option is a plus in SC’ heat and it looks amazing on the pedestal or used with the built in tripod. Bought it on sale making it a great investment.
