A: From the therabody website, this mask has 633nm Red, 415nm Blue, and 830nm Near Infrared light. I could not find the quantity of how many leds per specific wavelength though.

The mask is designed to run in 12‑minute treatment sessions on purpose, which is the clinically recommended duration for LED light therapy to be both safe and effective. It doesn’t necessarily mean the battery is empty after one session—the device automatically shuts off at the end of the cycle, and you can usually start another session if there is remaining battery. If it truly requires recharging after every single use, it may just be due to normal battery capacity for a compact device or could indicate the battery hasn’t been fully charged before use.
