  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

The conditioner was a nice creamy base, and it didn’t make my hair heavy or greasy. Just a nice shine. I do like this brand, it is also an average price, so it doesn’t break the bank. You also don’t want to over apply to the top half of your head. I started at my ends and worked my way up.
