  • A: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

What I really appreciate is their transparent ingredient list and explanations of each benefit. Native makes you feel so good knowing exactly what you're putting on your body. This soft and subtly sweet scent is perfect for any time of year. Every wash leaves my skin feeling clean, thanks to its rich lather. Even though they have a whole lineup of scents, this one is always my go to. I love that it's free from a lot of the common harsh ingredients like sulfates and parabens, which makes it feel incredibly gentle on my skin. Native is quickly becoming my favorite part of my self care routine.

It tells you all the ingredients and what exactly they’re used for so you know what you’re putting on your hair. I loved this conditioner

It creates the perfect amount of lather — not too much and not too little. Honestly, just 2 squeezes from the bottle were more than enough to cover my entire body and foam up beautifully. The Coconut & Vanilla scent is absolutely heavenly. Warm, creamy, sweet, and comforting without being overpowering. It makes my shower feel so much more luxurious and relaxing, especially because I’ve always loved both coconut and vanilla scents. What impressed me most was how balanced the formula feels. After rinsing off, my skin felt squeaky clean in the best way possible, but still healthy, hydrated, and moisturized. Unlike a lot of body washes that either leave a greasy coating or strip away all your natural oils, this one somehow does neither. My skin feels soft, smooth, nourished, and genuinely healthier after every shower. The sulfate-free formula leaves my skin feeling fresh and hydrated, and honestly, my skin feels better with this than with the soaps and body washes I normally use. Definitely one of the nicest body washes I’ve tried in a long time!! 🤎🤍

Not My Fave Native Product

It lathers very nicely and I like the shape of the bottle and ease of being able to open the cap. The scent profile of this body wash missed the mark for me though. What I love most about the Native brand is how fresh and intense their scents normally are. Something about this coconut and vanilla blend had a very artificial and underwhelming impact. I think it might be the vanilla component because the scent that I don’t like is very reminiscent of some weird vanilla products I have tried elsewhere. I still gave this product three stars because it’s not the most intense vanilla smell. But it is also not a stand out combination. It’s more like a product I would pick up if none of my other favorites were in stock. That said I did not notice any issues with irritation, allergies, or any unexpected residue issues. So overall, I would say it is an OK choice. Just not my fave.
