Why is Target doing NOTHING about all these reviews saying this cream is curddled, chunky, etc??? I have bought this repeatedly and experienced the same thing - absolutely disgusting!!!!! Good & Gather is one of Target's brands, too. For all of these reviews to collectively say the same thing, when is Target going to address this issue??? I want my money back.

great heavy whipping cream. it had a large amount of thick cream on top. my son and I were like, whoah! We used it in his smoothie, he likes them very thick and creamy and this heavy cream helped with that! but... he alao said this cream would make great butter! I agree. plenty of cream on top to make butter. very good heavy cream and a good price.

I regularly get this and ignore the clumping because of the price compared to other organic cream. It's fine in my coffee and just melts (as I think it's basically butter not spoiled). However, the last bottle I got was entirely solid and unusable. Someone at Target HQ should look into removing the thickening agents (it's doing too good of a job) or see how this is being shipped because it's getting so shook up it's basically churning butter before it gets to people's homes.

They need to stop selling this cream or get a new supplier. There's gelatin in it and it coagulated at the top. It wouldn't move. I dug it out with a butter knife and put it in a bowl along with the rest of the liquid and tried to whisk it together (I needed it for a recipe!). It wouldn't blend. Never seen anything like it - look at the rest of the reviews, I'm not the only one. At least they gave me my money back.

Do NOT Buy this ####
I bought it in store only because the cheapest heavy whipping cream was unavailable. Texture was clumpy. I wanted to make whipped cream by hand whisking and it turned into BUTTER before even turning into whipped cream. On top of that it didn't even separate properly, when I whisked more and more the butter stopped separating from the whey and at some point it was just a whey + cream texture that couldn't separate from each other. So it left me with a form of butter that hasn't even been whisked properly.

Not homogeneous
The cream tastes fine but it was separated into a thinner milk part and thick globs of cream. It was extremely difficult to get it mixed. In fact I never really did get it completely smooth. I just used it in my recipe with small globs of cream in it.

No carrageenan, polysorbate 80, just gum which I’ll accept, the gum does harden sometimes but it really makes my homemade coffee next level! I used mct powder and this and I can even add a dash of moringa without it being too bitter. I recommend it over the leading cream filled with chemicals and inflammatory compounds.

Fat clumps together, used to not....
Used to be all liquid and now every time I buy these and try to use them the fat is all clumped together. Disappointing because the ingredients are better but I can’t use it for certain recipes. I hope they fix whatever is causing this so I can buy it again.
