[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I would say this drink was okay. There are other yogurt drinks I’ve liked better. To me, it had a very artificial taste to it. They are small and would be easy to take on the go.

You’re getting 23 g of protein with 0 g added sugar that’s amazing. You just shake it very well. Open it up. You can drink right from the container or pour it in a cup like I did. great macros, poor taste
macros are great, but the taste?? not so much. comparison wise idk what it tastes like, but it’s not good. texture is also very liquidy. if you want the macros then go for it. the fiber is a plus but i’ll stick to their regular smoothie drinks :/

Tried Oikos today for the first time. I am going to stay with Naked Protein Smoothies.
