Expired or not, these aren't great
Check the expiration dates; the bag I purchased in March expired in early February. Considering it’s jerky, either it has a short shelf life or Target over purchased inventory. For turkey jerky, it’s solid. Chomps is always dry, so this is a nice alternative. But the flavor is strong, and it’s not always in a good way (even without expiring). The flavor is overly strong, and while better than others, I don’t like it enough to keep buying it.

my son and I love these! not sure why so many 1 star reviews (all because they didnt check the date?). regardless I bought on clearance from another store due to it being after the exp date and they were still good!! it wasnt even noticeable!! good taste. small low calorie but filling snack. love these!!! wish I could afford them more often lol

I feel like the only people rating these 1 star are the ones who only eat sugary-fake jerky with an ingredient list longer than a book and words you can't pronounce. We normally get the original beef sticks but opted for these just to try them… and they were returned the very next day!!! As soon as I took a single bite the texture was like what I would imagine saw dust would taste and feel like, it was dry peppery gritty and fell apart immediately. I tried to chew it but the flavor and texture was so gross, I couldn’t get over the smell either. I can only relate to it as a dog treat. Stale and smelled like old grease, it was disgusting. If you want to try these Mr Beast sticks please stick to the original beef. Those are actually flavorful and tasty!
