Q: Why create a hand soap that does DON'T kill germs such as the Coronavirus???
A: Thanks for reaching out. For background, the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) does not specify a certain type of soap and considers the act of thoroughly washing hands as effective prevention. They recommend washing our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Hope this helps! – Elizabeth, The Caldrea Company

Q: So I suppose this product does not kill germs? Not an antibacterial soap?
A: Thanks for reaching out. For background, the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) does not specify a certain type of soap and considers the act of thoroughly washing hands as effective prevention. They recommend washing our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. The use of hand sanitizer is recommended as an alternative to washing if soap and water are not readily available. Hope this helps! – Elizabeth, The Caldrea Company
