Q: Hello Treehut, I recently recieved a treehut lip butter, from the first use it felt grainy almost.... I still use it to this day because I love the soft feel it gives to my lips. Is it supposed to be?

A: I also got this product and had this but I noticed it only happened when I used larger amounts of it, so if you want it to feel smoother use a smaller amount and rub it in well!

Q: Is this supposed to come with some sort of wrapper or seal to ensure that you're the first one to use it? The first one I got didn't any kind of seal on it and the replacement didn't either.

I loved the color and consistency of the lip gloss. My issue is with the packaging. The ring around where the cap completely twist on will detach and the lipgloss will burst out of the sides. This has happened twice with both tubes not being near empty. It’s disappointing it’s nearly $7 and only last me a few uses because of poor packaging.

This stuff is great for my lips! I recently moved from the coast to the desert and I have been strugglingggggg with they dry air. I put it on at night and wake up to moisturized and soft lips! Previously I was waking up with crusty lips that I could bite off but not with this! It's also definitely a gloss and is tacky like one but it soaks in. I usually hate the feeling of gloss but this one is worth it!
