SCAM they sended me another doll that I didn’t even buy, im so disappointed.

Doll is beautiful; I love her. But the shipping box arrived in horrible condition, and the doll box was damaged at the corners.

doll is okay but both boxes are not! beware when ordering online from target. every time I've always had an issue with damage and they put stickers ON THE FRONT OF the boxes.

I got clawdeen and Draculaura both! I love them both so much!! Unfortunately, my Draculaura box came slightly damaged which I have seen happen to MULTIPLE others as well. I’m not happy about that but it is very minimal at least and I’m happy to have my ghouls!💗

I have not received any of my dolls. I placed an order on October 1st, $200+ for the Dawn of the Dance dolls. These dolls were a limited edition line that I have been anticipating for two years. Target shipped my order on October 1st, but the carrier (Ontrac) has not updated since October 1st where my package had been received and was supposedly in transit. I’ve contacted the carrier, only to keep running in circles with ridiculous AI agents and the “human” representatives were just sending generic automated responses instead of offering any help. The delivery date changes EVERY DAY. I contacted Target customer support to request an investigation be opened, only to similarly deal with AI agents and then being transferred to human agents who are reading off the same scripts that AI has been sending me. There has been NO help in locating my packages. A refund will not resolve this issue, being that these are a limited release and already out of stock. I will not be able to repurchase for the original $33 I paid anywhere else as resellers (who seem to be prioritized) bulk by the stock. Mind you, Mattel let these stores like Target know that there was to be a 2 doll character limit for purchase. This limit rule was not implemented by Target… As of writing this (October 6th, 2026) I have not received my dolls and I’m going to keep pressing for actual explanations. I’m absolutely devastated. At this point I’m starting to believe my dolls were stolen by the carrier due to many others having the same problem and the mysterious ways that resellers are getting their hands on 20+ of the same dolls makes me wonder if one of these resellers are an employee with the carrier, because there has been no explanation for how my $200+ order just went missing out of thin air.

Doll is in great condition, nothing wrong with her or her accessories but the box did come slightly bent and damaged. I’ve seen other people have this same problem with their boxes coming in completely crushed so if you like saving or keeping the dolls in box just be weary!

The package was completely damaged. Instead of putting it in a box with bubble wrap, they put it in a flimsy plastic bag. I wanted to put it on display but I guess not.
