Item came in a bigger package than the actual item, and the item that I received was just bunking around in the box. It was bust open, but overall everything was just fine.

The hair was atrocious. Frizzy, knotted, and unstyled. Nothing like what was pictured. For $26, the makers should be ashamed of them selves for releasing the doll in this condition. Very disappointed.

I love her ! I’ve seen people complain about the condition of her hair once you take her out of the box and while I do agree to a certain extent, you also have to understand that that’s just what poofy curly hair will look like after being smushed up against a box for a year. Overall amazing doll!

I got this for my friends birthday and she is a monster high doll collector. I was so excited for it, but when it arrived there was a big sticker on the front from the shipping people. I tried to remove the sticker but there is still residue. This may not be a big deal to other people, but as a doll collector I was pretty disappointed. The other thing is the face and hair look a lot different in person than the pictures online. She’s a beautiful doll, but she has very different eye makeup and she has small ringlet curls instead of big bouncy waves. Overall I love the packaging and the doll, I just wish she looked more like the pictures and that the shipping company hadn’t put a sticker right in the middle of the box. I might exchange her for another doll because of the sticker residue.

Superfast shipping doll arrived with a good face. base of the stand was loose so that would be my one nitpick, but otherwise perfect!!

The doll itself was amazing! Great quality! The only problem I did have was when I opened it and there was damage to the box she was in. This most likely was due to shipping so I wasent mad but still was upsetting. But honestly other then that the doll is amazing and supder gokd quality

The stock fotos are beautiful but ur not getting that doll. The hair is so puffy and frizzy not curly and her face doesn't come in the best condition. Please check her face in store bc the quality check on these were so bad! Mine is messed up but I'll accept her. Her shoes are my fav feature. Her fur makes it difficult to pose her arms. I recommend buying on sale though. Her clothes and accessories are beautiful though.

I bought 2 of these dolls in the apparently VAIN, but Fervent hope that ONE of them would actually match the box art and the photos on the site intended to sell the doll. BOTH dolls have this Horrible Frizzy MESS. Absolutely NO effort was made to curl this doll's hair in the Ringlets she was supposed to come with. {I can only assume that an INSANE amount of RACISIM explains this Outrage. They would not DARE pull this CRAP with the Draculaura dolls.) Even her face paint is different. Thank God I was not giving this to a Child--they would be terribly Disappointed.
