Not premium chocolate

I'm really not sure how this is considered "premium" chocolate when it's made with soy lecithin. Almost every low quality chocolate brand uses soy lethicin in their products. You're paying more for the Ghirardelli name with this. This is far from "premium" chocolate.

Contains Milk, Even Though App Does Not List

I should have looked at the ingredients in store instead of relying on what's on this app (I did pick up). It shows there is no milk in this product when I looked at the label via the app, but the package says WHOLE MILK POWDER is an ingredient. Super disappointed since I have just started a dairy free diet for health reasons.
