I was excited to see that Target was selling this brand/flavor after I saw JJD promoting it on social media. It’s underwhelming. I plan to give them to my middle school-aged kids, they’ll hopefully like this flavor more than I do.

POTS lifesaver
So as someone with the hEDS/MCAS/POTS trifecta, I’m used to trying ungodly things for my health and consuming salt to survive. I found the flavor to taste like old school watered down icee. Kinda like when it’s melted. Salt taste is there but not overly so and I appreciate the color comes from beet root. Fun addition is that it color changes because of the beet root and citric interaction 😅 I absolutely hate the sweetener taste of stevia and monk fruit but this one isn’t any worse than other electrolyte brands, in fact I feel it’s more balanced. All in all it was worth the money for me and tasted ok. It does taste like old school cherry, so if you hate that taste or have bad memories with it you probably won’t like it.

It’s very salty which I understand because it’s full of electrolytes, but the ‘cherry’ flavor is AWFUL. It reminds me of when I had to take Emetrol as a kid and it definitely has an aftertaste.

This is actually the worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. If you like NyQuil you’ll like this, I even tried to dilute it and add water and ice but then it made it taste like ludens cough drops!

Tastes awful. I got this product as a free sample with my target grocery pick up. I’m not usually weird about these sort of things in tend to be able to stomach most things like this and this was absolutely unbreakable and awful. It literally taste like you’re drinking stomach acid.
