Bulky for Tight Spaces
It�s functional, but the plug is a little bulkier than expected. It covers part of the second wall outlet on slimmer plates, which was inconvenient in my small hallway outlet. A slimmer design would be more helpful.

Not Ideal for Noisy Rooms
The plug functions fine, but if there�s background noise (TV, kids, kitchen sounds), it struggles to hear the wake word. I ended up repeating myself a few times. I like the offline design, but the sensitivity could be better.

No app/wifi/hub is a game changer
I previously bought some wall plugs that work with Alexa and let me say they were a PAIN to set up. Not too complicatied but complicated enough where I got frustrated. This plug from Emerson was so easy and simple, and I don't have to worry about whether my internet is up or down, it just works.

It really works
Wow � this plug is a game-changer. I plugged in a desk lamp and a fan, and just by saying �Hey Emerson, turn on,� they powered up instantly. No app, no Wi-Fi, no hub � just voice control and it works every time. The USB-A and USB-C ports are a bonus for charging my phone and tablet. Super easy setup and excellent reliability.

Setup was so easy
Setup was so simple � just plug and go. No need to install an app or connect to Wi-Fi. I assigned a wake word and now controlling lamps and small appliances is truly hands-free. Hassle free offline setup
This is the most hassle-free smart plug I�ve used. The voice recognition works consistently (as long as you�re within ~13�16 ft), and the fact that everything is processed offline gives me peace of mind. I used it to control a small heater and a lamp � both switched on/off perfectly. USB charging is a convenient extra. Worth every penny.

It just works
If you want a smart plug that �just works,� this is it. I�ve tried several �smart� plugs before and always got bogged down in setup, Wi-Fi, hubs, etc. This one skips all that � no app, no hub, no internet required. Voice control is fast, reliable, and surprisingly accurate. I�ve already ordered another one for my bedside lamp. Highly recommended for anyone wanting zero-friction automation.

Still working great after weeks of daily use. The offline voice control is exactly as advertised � reliable, secure, and private. The dual-socket design means I don�t lose wall outlet space, and the USB ports make it handy for device charging. The timers are great for automatically turning off lights or fans while I sleep.
