My son loves it. 5 stars for the water bottle and 1 star for the website/app. It was very difficult to place an order when the water bottles were released. Experienced multiple errors and screen glitches with the website and app. Frustrating purchasing experience but grateful I was able to order one bottle for store pickup and successfully picked up the bottle a couple days later.

Unsucessful delivery
The shipping carrier "returned" my order for my two children without a reasonable explanation. Upon reaching out to Target's customer service through the "help" option in hopes of a replacement shipment, they told me the only thing they could do was issue a refund. It was incredibly difficult to check out with this item, and for now it seems impossible to place another order for this item. It is extremely unfortunate that Target can't even deliver an item that is high in demand despite the efforts they force on their customers to place orders.

I love Owala's
I woke up at 6 to get the Kanto 3, and the Eevee ones! I love them. I was also able to get a Target pickup order of both. (That I canceled because I only wanted those two and 1 pair and I’m not a scalper, and I hope it made someone’s day to be able to get the two that I canceled for pickup!!) so I don’t know why people are saying it was hard to get. It’s Pokémon, every year it’s the same thing if you want a hot item or video game that is gonna release you have to go early, or look at the website early. Either way I love owala’s and these are perfect! Only thing that would’ve been better is if they were 24-32oz’s! They are so cute! I am saving the Eevee one for now but using the Kanto one!

I walked into my target expecting not to find anything and they had a good amount of only the Eevee evolutions which is the cup I wanted the most. Very happy to find this because I missed out on the snoopy Starbucks glass cup.

Scalpers came first i guess canceled my order
Straight out canceled my order to pick all I wanted was the eevee bottle and the Charizard one for my son but they allowed scalpers to get to the whole collection first. Figures. Thought target was suppose to enforce limits on these things like they did with the other collabs so ridiculous that they are reselling the for 60$ to 80$ a piece for a children’s water bottle on different sites. Way to wreck things for families I guess. Definitely Do better to minimize scalping. First it was the cards now it’s the collabs

Did order pickup and store waited 8 hours to say it’s out of stock, why put it online then? There were 8 in stock when I ordered and I checked several mins after, and it still said 8 so how do you cancel??? Extremely disappointed.

Disappointed.
Placed an order for drive up on drop day, got the notification that my order was ready at 7:57am and at 8:05am got an email that my request to cancel my order was processed????? I never cancelled my order and still wondering why that happened. Really bummed that I couldn’t get an eevee and gengar owala.
